I bought a pair of PS trainers in November 25 ,unfortunately they developed a fault and living in Leeds was unable to return them to a store .I emailed PS customer services and Jemma respond immediately explaining how she could help me with the issue and resolve the problem .I have to say the service was exceptional,professional,quick with no back and forth and I now have a new pair of trainers on their way to me.
It’s a shame other retailers do not operate like PS as they would gain a lot more customer loyalty

First time using the "concierge - try at home before you buy" service. Worked perfectly - selected three items in multiple sizes. Appointment agreed online. Concierge turned up on time, very helpful. I only paid for what I wanted and they take the rest away. Fantastic and all for a very nominal charge.
Paul Smith Helmet May Have Saved My Life
I am writing to share a personal experience that I believe Paul Smith Helmet May Have Saved My Life.
On March 11, 2026, I purchased a Paul Smith + KASK “Monochrome Fade” Protone cycling helmet for £270. It was delivered on March 13, and I wore it for the first time on March 14 during a long-distance ride from London to Cambridge.
During that ride, I was involved in a serious accident.
I suffered 3 spinal fractures, and in those moments, I genuinely believed I might be facing permanent paralysis. Thankfully, I survived, and my doctors have advised that with recovery, I may be able to return to cycling in approximately 6 weeks.
At the time of the crash, I did not feel any direct impact to my head. However, afterwards I discovered that the helmet had been significantly damaged. Seeing the condition of the helmet, it became clear that it had absorbed a substantial impact — one that I may not have been able to withstand myself.
I truly believe that this helmet played an important role in protecting my life.
Because of this experience, I have developed a deep trust in your product. When I am able to ride again, I fully intend to continue using your helmets and would not consider switching to another brand.
The customer service team Jemma, gave me 50% off for the same helmet I purchased. I really appreciate it! Thank you very much for your time and for creating a product that, in my case, made a truly meaningful difference.

Lovely Bracelet
The bracelet was so lovey, I was really pleased with the quality however the magnetic clasp wasnt strong enough. I wore it twice, the first time I was lucky enough to find it when it undid, unfortunately I wasnt so lucky the second time. I must have caught it and lost it in the process.
Update - Customer services have been in contact with me and we have resolved the issue.
