Great fun just getting used to it.Good value for money.

ordered the pawid gps tracker for my dog Betty. It arrived and was very easy to setup and activate. I bought it as a safe guard to replace her airtag. The gps tracker will be much better as it wont rely on other phones to pin point her postion.

Easy to scan and with a minimal monthly subscription, you get unlimited free tag replacements. Works absolutely fine and support when contacted are really quick to reply..

Love the idea of a one off subscription. A neighbour found a lost dog wearing one of your tags. We quickly scanned the tag which sent out location reuniting dog and owner very quickly.

You can tell the type of company you are dealing with when things don't go exactly to plan and how they respond. My dog's tag had a problem which to their credit they fixed as soon as they became aware of it.
PawId is a great idea with a great company behind it, I hope they do well and I will be buying Poppy's future tags from them.

Excellent experience, the website is easy to navigate through and the delivery service prompt. The product quality is good and very easy to set up the pawid activation, keep up the good work 🙂

Set up was super easy and provides more peace of mind knowing our dog has a quick identification whilst we are out walking.

Love this company the only down side is I would prefer an app to check details and add things to my account
They are quick to send out the tags and it's lovely you can add details of your pets
If your tag is lost you get a replacement
If a smaller tag was possible that be good too especially for puppies as they try chew the bigger tag

I ordered PawID tags for my two rescue dogs and I’m really impressed. It’s great value with lifetime access for a one-off payment. I can add two contact numbers that show instantly when the tag is scanned, and I can even see the location of the scan.

The product arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and gives me real peace of mind knowing my dogs can be identified if they ever go missing.

Got my 2 ID discs for my doggies, easy to set up, and took advantage of their limited time offer of the Premium upgrade for only 19.99 for a year subscription, which included my extra dog free...

Very quick replacement for my dog's lost tag. Thought I'd have to redo all his info - iy tag arrived good to go. Very pleased with the smooth process.

It never arrived

Loved these tags I’ve had them for both of my dogs!
But since upgrading to the pay monthly plan I’ve not been able to upload the extra photos and info which is the point of the upgrade in the first place, only bonus of the pay monthly is you can get a replacement tag when needed but not worth the monthly subscription when it don’t work.

ID tag not received. I have recently relocated to a new area, and I mistakenly entered my previous address at checkout. PAWID has gone above and beyond by sending another ID tag free of charge, and was clearly my mistake not PAWID

the tag it's just fine, the chain that holds the tag broke after 1 day, very fragile, so I had to find an alternative to that.
they claim to be engagement free but isn't true, to properly use their service an annual subscription is due. I found this a bit shady from them. Definitely I suggest people to find some serious alternative.

Easy to work with, they were aware of my travel needs concerning shipment arrival times, reaching out before there were any issues. Great customer service!
