Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Looking at 56 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product, specifically noting a significant change in taste due to the addition of sweeteners. Consumers feel the quality has decreased, describing the taste as chemical-like, flat, or similar to diet versions, even in original Pepsi cans. This has led to a perception that the price is too high for the perceived lower quality. Some people were also dissatisfied with the product's quality, mentioning issues like dented or leaked cans, and inconsistent fizz. A few other people also felt that the packaging was problematic, particularly with the dispensing end of mini-cans.

Iam writing this review and would like others to provide their experience. In Fortworth Texas I purchased 5 12pk Pepsi soft drinks at Kroger grocery store, there was a sale buy 2 get 3 12pks free. Upon drinking these Pepsi products we were disappointed to find them utterly stale and flat. Any others that noticed this problem?

Trying to kill Type 1 diabetics??

Pepsi have now changed their "full sugar" version of their product to have half as much sugar... since then it tastes awful. Not to mention it is seriously misleading for anyone with Type 1 diabetes trying to escape a case of "hypoglycemia". They should be forced to display the sneaky ingredients on the product. It is a very deceptive business practice. I hope they go bust. Cheeky pricks

I keep getting cans unopened are dented and they are flat taste . I have found this in the two last 24 packs I have received. Pepsi is my drink I’ve been drinking it for over thirty Years. It’s basically all I drink. I am saddened to see this happening. What’s going on what’s changed?

The Pepsi tastes pretty good but when I bought a box of it the last can had almost no soda inside of it! I think that they should pay more attention to what they're doing in their factories. 😤

We were faithful customers at our restaurant in Bellevue, WA, which we closed on December 22, 2025. Since then we have called Pepsi 800-963-2424 every week to have our deposit for the CO2 cylinders returned to us. We have spent hours every time waiting for an answer, it is not the deposit amount of 9 cylinders anymore, it is the point that they make- to ignore their customers.

Pepsi is deliberately eliminating Orangina

Pepsi is engaged in a worldwide elimination of Orangina - it owns the US license but stopped selling it. Orangina is disappearing also from the stores in Europe, being replaced by Fanta, a product that, unlike Orangina, is entirely artificial. This is a typical huge company selfish interest crushing what is better for the customer, or at least annihilating customers' choices. I find this conduct to be sinister and cruel. I for one, will never buy their products, even if stuck in the middle of the desert with nothing else to drink. Now what one finds on the shelfs even in Europe is ONLY Fanta. Orangina is extinct. Pepsi is trying to compensate for its failure to compete with Coca Cola by leaving the buyer no choice but Fanta. As it will find out, coercion does not produce popularity but, deservedly, resistance and resentment.

A once great tasting drink now sadly…

A once great tasting drink now sadly gone downhill like so many well known brands have. Honestly....its tasting more like a bottle of cough syrup now than a bottle of a sugary quencher of thirst. Sad to see this happening to so many 'once great' products, but this is the world that we live in now. Sugar content dramatically lowered now and I understand why, but now replaced by garbage ingredients and the result being a very poor quality end product desperately clinging on to its well known brand name. To the marketeers and producers, it's fine relying on the brand name providing that what is being supplied is still of reasonable quality. Consumers are not stupid, they know when a product has rapidly gone downhill in taste, I wont be buying another bottle thats for sure. Very poor excuse for a once reputable product.

Pepsi's "NEW RECIPE"

Just bought a 24pk of Pepsi Max and had to throw it out, the "NEW RECIPE" left a disgusting aftertaste in my mouth and I for one will not be buying it again. People buy Pepsi/Pepsi max for the unique taste and that's been taken away. Shameful!!!

Been Watered Down?!?!!

Been Watered Down?!?!!! There's no bite. No rich Pepsi syrup. It tastes crappy very much like Coke! You can't make soda healthy! People don't buy it for that resason! I'll find another sweet and syrupy soda for when I want to have something not good for me! I've always loved Pepsi, so I'll check in a few months to see if you have fixed this huge mistake you've made!

Awful sucrose taste in AN ORIGINAL PEPSI CAN.
Tried to complain to PEPSI online but their process is conniving and make it impossible to submit a complaint because by the time you type why you've contacted them, when you go yo take photos of proof of purchase, your typing previously disappeared.
Bought 24 cans case from Iceland, opened 1 can and the taste was like a diet version, opened 3 more cans and all the same. Now this is ORIGINAL PEPSI I bought. Waste of money and no recourse to do anything about it.

With all the drinking water on this…

With all the drinking water on this planet now contaminated with micro plastics. I contacted Pepsi and asked them if they were filtering out the micro plastics out of the water they are using in there beverages. There response was as expected a bunch of corporate BS. The answer is no they are not! So it should be clear this company as well as most other beverage companies are not looking out for their customers best interest. I filter my drinking water with the Zero water filter which removes 99% of micro plastics. And these companies could be doing the same if they truly cared about their customers. Simply put GREED in capital letters!!!!
