Boots and jacket showed up fast
Ordered ski boots and a jacket from Peter Glenn and they got here in about three days, everything fit like it should. I called about the jacket sizing and the guy was actually helpful, swapped it out with no hassle.

I ordered ski pants and unfortunately, the address was auto corrected with a non-existent address. I called Peter Glenn's customer service and spoke with Kendrick. Kendrick went above and beyond my expectations to ensure this issue was corrected. He followed up with a phone call several times. It is hard to find customer service like this company has given me. 5 Stars to Kendrick and to Peter Glenn Ski & Sports.

Stained Ski Pants
I ordered a pair of ski pants 2 years ago that were supposedly new with tags. They came with many stains. I was given a discount for this as negotiated. This month I ordered a pair of cream ski pants, new with tags, and they came with black marks on one side in the front from the waist band to mid leg. I was given a discount for this. I then ordered the same pants in a different color and they also came with black marks on them! This is ridiculous! What is going on? Why is everything arriving with stains? this should not be happening.

Hello John, your jacket doesn't come with a separate pouch. The pouch is actually the interior chest pocket. Here's how it works:
1. Unzip the inside chest pocket.
2. Turn that pocket inside out.
3. Stuff the jacket into the pocket, starting with the sleeves.
4. Zip it closed once the entire jacket is inside.
