Supposed Man of God using social media and a bogus urine test to lure chronic pain sufferers
Non-medical doctor using social media to lure chronic pain sufferers with bogus inflammation test
Save your money! I wish I had.
The urine test supposedly resulted in high "inflammation" for both my husband and myself even though we eat clean carnivore. Who is testing this product for legitimacy? It felt like a fear tactic gimmick.
I am on disability, with limited income, but felt rushed to make a decision to join the program because there was 'only a limited number of spaces available.' Sneaky sales tactics to get one to sign up before totally understanding what they're getting into.
If I had known all of the out of pocket money I was going to have to spend on extra recommended products, supplements and tests.
The program felt overwhelming and they made it sound like I would have a knowledgeable health coach to guide me, but she quit working for Pompa Program midway through our working together on 8/13/25. I had just created a rapport with coach Ana Beckwith, and she decides to leave without warning or helping me transition to a new coach. That felt cold and hurtful.
When I tried to connect with support and request half of my money back, since my coach quit on me, and since I felt lied to because my initial call with Rachel Doiron, I didn't want to take tons of supplements (I was told they're not supplements but "nutraceuticals". Yeah, okay. Scam me some more!).
When I asked "Client Care Advocate" Stephen Palazzo for the full transcript (Aug 2025) of my initial call with Rachel Doiron he said he would send it to me, but then he stalled. Then said he could only send me certain parts of the transcript. When that didn't happen, he then asked me for specific parts of the conversation that I could remember for him to find it and send. Well, if I could remember it, then I wouldn't need the transcript. Sneaky! What do they have to hide?
I will gladly provide email conversations to TrustPilot. If a contract is established on fraud, it is null in void. I paid in full $7800 and want a refund. Thank you for your time, and for providing this space to make an honest complaint. Pompa Program is not on the Better Business Bureau and now I know why.
I have had chronic pain for years
I have had chronic pain for years. I was looking for a solution. After watching the video on FB I decided why not let’s try this program. My husband and I did the 65 questions and their urine test to see your inflammation at a cellular level. At first, Jason Young seemed very compassionate and understanding. But during this zoom meeting, my husband had to take a call. He is a plumber. And I had to take a call from my surgeon. Both times Jason seemed very aggravated. we ended up spending two hours doing the zoom and at the end we decided not to commit to anything that night and wow Jason got ugly.
We reported him to the Pompa program and they apologized. I have emails from them and a voicemail. Also, I have proof of paying the $214 initially do this and then they returned our money because they watched the video that my husband and I sat through with Jason Young and they said that that he acted very unprofessional. The sad truth is that we probably would’ve tried this program if he wouldn’t have acted that way, but from further reviewing this program it seems like this hasn’t helped as many people as they make you believe.
On top of this experience my husband reviewed our time just to have trust pilot red flag it to say it’s not real?? We are real and our experience should matter.
High pressure tactics
On April 9, 2026 we sat down with Jason Young from Pompa program.
We were on a Zoom call for two hours. At the end, we had a terrible experience. We described the experience here on trust pilot. We explained how this company did not answer everything, there were questions and how we could not make a decision on the spot for 14,000$ and how he seemed like an angry used car salesman.
The sales person’s whole demeanor changed when we said we wanted to get back with him and he quickly hung up on our Zoom call
We had such a bad experience, we just had to tell people. We also got an email this morning saying that this program says that we were never a client and that my last review is fake.
They will do anything to hide this, including saying that this is fake. We have emails and voicemails and recordings of them, apologizing for our bad experience after they reviewed our videotape.
I’m going to keep adding a negative review every single time they say they’re gonna take the last one down. I’m gonna make it my Life mission.
I included the sales person’s name in this to prove that we actually did sit down with the them and that this is not fake
Seems like you can’t trust anything including trust Pilot anymore
Wow!....good results!
Hi I want post a short of my experinces.
Will chaffin was my contact person and did a good job of conveying the sales message and sale.
Jennifer kipoerman is my coach and goes well beyond and indept in her interactions. Her knowledge is deep and impactful. A very good understanding coach and person.
The program im on is definatly helping me in getting systemic inflammation down.
I am feeling lots more energy and clarity and have so much more that i can work more now.
But I think the immenance value is in the personal coaching sessions of bouncing ideas forth and trying and reviewing results and making changes and so forth, i know thats a lot of ands...but to me thats so worth it.
Im 4 months into the 1 year program.
It is very expensive but I feel so far that its working and worth it.
What convinced me was ben azadi on you tube recommendating pompa and me than studying pompa on various pod casts than I became a believer and convinced that he has the key!
High pressure sales pitch if you book a…
High pressure sales pitch if you book a call. They try to manipulate you emotionally into saying yes to a $10k hope. Lines like, what is going to happen if you don't fix this? Who will it affect? How will it hurt your family ? What will happen to your company? I told him I didn't want a pressure pitch, just give me the details, but he wouldn't stop asking the same exact questions over and over basically demanding me to see at what he wanted. It's sickening when they act like they really beat to help people, but they're just a high pressure marketing
Update on our progress
This is one of many programs my wife and I have been a part of. We have been in the pompa program for 8 months. Will Chaffin gave our introduction and orientation. Heather Delaney was our coach. Our new coach is Lindee Jukes. They have been very pleasant and helpful in this process. The supplements seem to be effective and we are experiencing changes. We also have dental issues we need to address that may be affecting our experience with the program. We are looking forward to seeing more results as time goes on. All in all with the highs and lows it is kind of what we expected.
Worth it
I appreciate the Pompa Program and value Marisa F as my health coach. She is informative, patient, kind, understanding and a great listener. Since joining the program, I’ve lost weight, I sleep better and I have more energy. Thank you Pompa Program!

I had an amazing consult with Aura Guevara. You have to fix the cell to get well!
Great at giving receipts just not your money back.
Getting a refund from this company is an absolute nightmare.
I canceled my order before it was even packaged, yet two days later I get an email claiming it “already shipped” and can’t be canceled. Convenient excuse, right? So now I’m stuck returning something I never should’ve received in the first place.
They’re very efficient at sending receipts… just not actual refunds.
I returned the product, have proof it was delivered on time, and still nothing. I’m now on day FIVE of calling, and every time it’s the same runaround — they resend the same receipt while my bank sees zero refund. No money back, no real answers.
Yesterday, someone (supposedly a manager) told me to “call back Monday” if it’s not there. After days of this, that doesn’t sound like a solution — it sounds like a delay tactic.
At this point, it feels like they’ll do everything except give you your money back.
If you’re thinking about ordering from this company, you might want to think twice.
Anyone want to place a bet on whether I ever see my refund?
Pompa program - enhance your life
Pompa is not just a supplement program, but a way to enhance your life. The program is definitely a commitment. I have been on the program for 10 months now. They emphasize ways to make the program more successful like clean eating, reducing chemicals in cleaning products, and ways to reduce stress. You receive the supplements every month along with access to a coach, daily webinars on many topics, a Facebook group for any questions, the Pompa website with so many videos, and a weekly meeting with Dr. Pompa.
My coach is Landis. She is very supportive and so encouraging! She has ideas if I am struggling. The coaches are available by text during the work week and you get a monthly meeting with them too.
It can be overwhelming at the beginning because there is so much information to absorb and so many options for how you can make the program successful for you. The coaches are there to help you evaluate your situation and choose the right avenues that will lead you to success.

Joshua walked us through everything we needed to know about this program. He was very personable and very pleasant to work with and gave us a lot of hope going forward.
Detoxing safely
The Pompa program prompted me to conduct a comprehensive health assessment from birth through the diagnosis of multiple sclerosis. I have gained a clear understanding of the factors that contributed to my illness and have long desired to undergo detoxification. It would have been beneficial during the initial interview to provide more specific guidance on eliminating certain stressors prior to commencing the detoxification process, such as obtaining a cone beam scan and having amalgam fillings removed. The Pompa Program has equipped me with the knowledge to identify the stressors that have played a role in my disease and to detoxify safely. Despite my awareness of the necessity of detoxification, I had been apprehensive about undertaking it due to concerns about potential complications. However, I have learned how to detoxify safely without causing toxins to accumulate in my brain and tissues, and I can now detox regularly when I need to, and I’m a firm believer every one should be detoxing. My coach, Erin Schafer, has been an exceptional coach. She has consistently provided me with answers to my inquiries and offered unwavering support throughout my journey towards improved health.
This is a very comprehensive program…
This is a very comprehensive program and the coaches are great. They utilize a keto based food program although you don’t necessarily have to go fully keto. Dr. Pompa is very thorough explaining the benefits of diet adaptability and you can purchase additional supplements to help you through for every ailment which I was not prepared for the additional costs here but great products for sure. You have to be ready to work very hard with sticking to taking pills and timing, keep track of your symptoms and continue on with life which is very challenging indeed. I must say an excellent “Type A personality” program with a western medical model mindset with Dr. Pompa’s healing detox program. I think as our western medical model of medicine continues to integrate this will help so many people. Thank you to Dr. Pompa team for allowing me to be a part of the Dr. Pompa program.
Knowledgeable, Thorough and Comprehensive
Lauren was very knowledgeable, comprehensive, thorough and amiable. I have listened to Dr. Pompa for a while and his reputation is flawless. This program is amazing and we will hopefully be able to afford it, soon, after a few improvements in our finances are settled.
Products Are Superior
The products are superior to any on the market and they offer phenomenal education and resources to facilitate use, including coaching. If you connect and utilize everything available it has the potential to change your life, health and longevity. Coach Christy is compassionate and encouraging.
She was also helpful with schedule adaptations to fit my unique situation.
I will continue to use their products and programs and reap the benefits.
My journey
Since starting last June, I have noticed many changes, mostly for the positive. The biggest change has been a shift in my mental attitude toward myself. I deserve to feel good, and it is up to me to make that happen. The Pompa Program allows me to move forward in my journey to a healthy lifestyle. It has not always been easy. But is anything that is worthwhile easy? My coach, Faith, has been extremely patient with me. She genuinely listens and offers suggestions that are able to be implemented within my finances. I look forward to continued improvement as I traverse this world of the Pompa Program. It can only get better.
It's a journey not an event
The healing journey is not quick and this program has definetly been challenging with all the supplements and food changes but my great coach Marisa has been there to support me and answer all my questions this past year. She is always kind and helpful and quick to respond to my texts.
Working with Landis and the Pompa…
Working with Landis and the Pompa Program has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The process and program has been a literal life saver for me.
I have been dealing with severe joint and systemic inflammation. The protocol has been the foundation for my healing and recovery. I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s life saver. I thought I was dying, and no one could really tell me what was happening! Dr Pompa and Landis helped fill in gaps that otherwise were left open. While this hasn’t been an overnight process, it still feels amazing to get my life back!
Don't drink the Cool Aide..Scam-…
Don't drink the Cool Aide..Scam- misleading and sure not christ like!
I purchased the kit, Then I spoke with Dan Paxman, I was excited and impressed with the phone call. I even said this does not seem like a scam. How can it be with all those numbers and reviews. Right? My test had not come and like many I was excited and overwhelmed could this be the answer.
So I'm a research hound and love to learn. I have had personal trainers and have research the gut, auto immune for over 30 years etc etc .. I have had many come to me to help them with their health and have dropped their cholesterol using slow niacin and milk thistle teas, but yet I can't figure out my own source of inflammation. So I decide to start the deep dive into Pompa's program and yet can not find any real information. I thought when the test comes in there will be an info packet, yet Nothing on the test. Then, I look at the company site for videos and supplements. Not one video with real information and the site locks out the non members from looking at supplements. Funny Dr Burg or Axe doesn't do this. So then I start looking at the reviews. I was also in sales for many years and my heart sinks.. yup so why after a 20 min call about my health issues and almost loosing my son to open heart surgery at the age of 33 had David not start a conversation about the "investment" this could cost 2-15,000 dollars? Why during the video does Dr Pompa not mention the program could cost between 200-10,000$ or something like that? why is there nothing available to look into before I buy it? why is there no details on the 99$ kit about what they are looking for in this test? They are well aware people walk out of the doctors feeling stupid and played why not educate them on what markers they are looking or.. My DNA site does that.. if you have this marker you have green eyes. Most people would research a car before you buy why not research some of this information before the meeting. Right? Why are they keeping us in the dark?
So now I'm no longer excited and looking into the sales approach, Davids bad sales of saying "I'm sorry your upset" trying to relate to the customer but not addressing my concerns .. or "I rule out many people for this program" like I'm special but again not providing facts or details, he could share which site to look up information or send me some pamphlets, sh** there is enough videos on his crap why not a video describing what they are looking into and why. David says " Dr Pomps has his own farm and makes all his pills".. all deflects from the details and the facts that empower us to do what Is best for our body and pocket. I asked 3 or more times for details to research and not one time, let me return your money or provide what you need to feel better for our meeting. Nope they want you derailed and talking about all your worries to rope you in thinking a face to face call pressuring your loved one to feel Quilty would seal the deal.
I read one review and it mentioned, they wondered if the pee test could be a gimmick too.. well what would be another reason for not supply information about what the test is doing and why. When we do the poop/ colon cancer test our family doctor orders and its sent by mail it gives a lot of information on the site and a booklet. gives a cute video of what they look for and why.
Ive had chronic phatque and inflammation since very young. then an auto accident brought out more issues. I have almost died twice and now almost lost a child which could be inflammation related through genetics. Information is knowledge and that is power! power to help yourself. I call Bull shit on this program and the glorifying christianity until people are empowered do what is best for themselves. The best sales and the best business model is to Do unto others as you would do unto your self! money is no object if you are empowered to help yourself. Only cults keep information hidden and half truths displayed to rope people in.. if this is not that type of company I have not seen other wise. Don't drink the cool aide. LOL
A Great Health Coach!
I have so enjoyed my coaching sessions with Riannan Osborne. She has really helped me in staying on track and providing me with additional information to help me be successful on the program. Her background and experience have been a great benefit to me in all that she shares to provide me with extra tips to help me along the way and her encouragement too!
