Comfy chair provides an excellent set of controls to be able to dial in the comfort. Fabric is good quality and looks to be able to last. Aesthetics are on point to some of the modern brands but the comfort and adjustments are the most important aspects.

Lovely chair. Easy to adjust in so many ways, inflatable lumbar support really helping. Wasn't going to have neck rest or arms but so glad I did. So smart it makes my desk now look shabby!
The adjustable features are perfect for my needs
I was really hoping this chair would help my back problems and after the referral and assessment, I was sure I would. However, I didn't like it at all. I found the chair to be very uncomfortable (and it wasn't just a "getting used to it", discomfort). It was too narrow, made my thighs role outward and the arm rest was broken on arrival. Its super hot to sit in and no amount of tweaking its positions etc, helped to make the chair comfortable. I'm not sure if the assessment and recommendation was wrong for my body/issues - but I couldn't use the chair at all and I am really disappointed.

It is easy to accidentally touch the left hand handle which sets the angle of the seat. This leads to a daily occurrence were you have to reset it. Everything else is brillianrt and I'd highly recommend,

This is a very comfortable chair that has many adjustable parts to suit your needs
Suitable for my needs
Not finding the chair comfortable at all, really hurting my lower back & the much cushion for the bum.
