A good first experience
Every experience is subjective. I got, what I felt to be a good deal along with some discounts and advice on what I should be aware of. I felt they helped me out as a first time buyer.

Disappointing customer service
First they changed the date twice for my car repair because they called me to tell me that you are short in staff, then they keep my car for a week ( dont do nothing from monday to friday ) and promise to deliver it to me on Friday, which does not happen and they look for another excuse, ( ensurance reply late ) Funny I ask my ensurance and say that is not correct.
Monday give me a different excuse, nothing happens on Tuesday and today is Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my car so I can travel and I just spoke to your mechanic and he tells me I'm just one person doing the work of four, it's impossible to do things on time. So my question is why, instead of calling in to repairs so many cars that you can't do on time, don't you send them to another place or hire more people ??

Outstanding car purchase experience
About two weeks ago, we bought our first Peugeot at the P. Christensen A/S, Copenhagen. Although our car purchase was a rather complicated case (foreigners, other tax regulations etc..), the entire team made it feel convenient and pleasant. Every person we encountered made us feel welcome. Special shout out to our excellent sales consultant Niklas Thomsen! He was patient, attentive and proactive throughout the entire process. He addressed promptly all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Mathias supported Niklas and us with our somewhat complex registration process that had to be rushed. We were indeed impressed that such unusual case was handled so diligently - everyone was professional, reassuring and straightforward. Overall OUTSTANDING experience! Thank you so much!
