I have not received what I have ordered and been charged for, the company has not responded to any of my (multiple) enquiries. I don't think the service could be more worse than this. HORRIBLE!!

Avoid at all costs. Brought a car for my 3 year old. Broke after 3 days. Won’t charge. They did initially respond. Now it’s been over two weeks and nothing. I keep emailing them.. nothing.
And didn’t turn up anywhere near the time they said it would.
Don’t waste your time or money.
Affordable products in addition to good payment options and reasonable customer service.

Bought a trampoline there. Didn't find a 'user profile' section on their site. Order was delivered yesterday, before receiving any promissed updates from the store, but within the time frame informed on the "order confirmation" email.

Never again. I ordered on 6th of December an electric car for my soon, as a Christmas gift. On the website was mentioned as delivery time 3-6 working days. After 10 days, I asked them about the order and they informed me that they will ship before the end of the week. Somehow, after 2 weeks after pressing with emails they informed me that the order will arrive in January. Unbelievable. At least they can inform me earlier to have time to order from another place.
