I've been having lower back pain issues for over two years, until I came across Proback. I know this sounds like a beginning of an ad, but it is not an ad. I tend to avoid doctors or medical assistance as much as I can, my philosophy is man it out or walk it off, sadly I wasn't able to resolve my issues this way. I've tried NHS, but they were not able to arrange an appointment to assess my issue, instead they advised me to to watch a couple of youtube videos, how to place my hand on a computer mouse, suspecting it might be my posture issue, (since I spend most of the time using computer). I've tried a couple of osteopaths and their approach was massage treatment. That didn't work, so I've decided to invest more time and finance in finding specialists who deal with back pain related issues specifically. I've found a couple of clinics specialising in that area, but I wouldn't commit, until I've done my research, eventually google algorithm kicked in and I've received an ad promoting back pain assessment and x-ray scan, for an affordable price. I gave it
a shot not expecting anything and during my first two visits, I got presented with x-ray scans, diagrams, detailed assessment. I was able to see the comparison of a healthy back and my own. Being able to see the data, and presented with a potential plan of the treatment, I've decided to dive in fully, I felt like I can finally trust people who can explain what is actually wrong with my spine and the way it would be treated. I am one month in, doing shockwave and decompression treatments, having zero expectations, not being able to sit on a chair without pain, not being able to lift my shopping bag without pain, now I am pain free to do these things, but I am not fully there, I am only one month in and I feel that I am 60% better, I can already live my life as normal human being, and that doesn't end there.
I want to to Thank Maria, Katerina, Jason, Damanie, all of the reception staff and the rest I haven't met or forgot.

I had a great experience with Proback. I went there somewhat sceptical if it was right for me, but they have absolutely delivered. After years of running ultra-marathons my back and hips were out of line, giving all sorts of secondary issues. The team at Proback (Chris and Kat) did a great job in improving everything, leaving me with a healthier spine, no hip issues, better sleep and more energy. If you are considering using them, I'd take their free test to get started, as they weren't pushy afterwards about taking any treatment. Highly recommended.

I went to Proback Victoria with recurring lower back pain and after only a few sessions with Maria the pain was diminished. I'm a month into my treatment and seeing great results in overall mobility. The staff are super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend anyone with back trouble to give them a try!

I signed up for Proback when I was at a bit of a low ebb a few months ago, my sciatic pain had come back and couldn’t properly stretch my hamstring and almost straight away the treatment I have received started helping. Arlind gave me a treatment plan and whilst it is not cheap, it is absolutely worth the money. The treatments are fantastic and they have been happy to help with other issues I have (including plantar fasciitis) The team are so professional and friendly - nothing is too much of an issue for them. Happy to say the sciatic pain I was experiencing has gone completely, hamstring is the most limber it has been in years and even the plantar is starting to ease up. I’ve told them this in person, but they really are miracle workers!

AMAZING treatment. Came in with severe back pain and ended up coming out feeling nothing! Over an 18 week period I was given Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy and Decompression Therapy. These all helped me out tremendously in my recovery. They give discounts too depending on how you want to pay and they don’t force any plans on you from day 1 so you have time to choose. The staff were absolutely wonderful in their work. I do have to put in a special word in for Yohanis as he was the person who mainly worked on me and I’ve been happy with him every step of the way. He’s very caring and understanding. The information he provided is very informative and I never had any second thoughts. I appreciate everyone who helped me out in my recovery and I would 100% recommend this place for any back related pain. The staff won’t fail you at all and they’re all very friendly.

when i first got there my movement was extremely limited, pain in most places and could barely move at all. I had extreme back pain and joint pain. The team there were extremely welcoming and helpful, so much so that before i even had my last session i was feeling a million times better than i was originally. thank you to the whole team.

I came to Proback with pain from my neck to my feet. After an incredibly well explained state of my spine (from x-rays) - where it was at and what I could expect from treatment - I was so happy with the results 18 weeks later. It is a time and price commitment but my pain is gone and my spine and posture most improved. Hi,I found this clinic in website,at this moment I was unable to stand up from my bed,by my self.First I call them,reception team,very nice and professional,explain me first cost of my consultation.I book apoitment,and at next day I saw my amazing doctor Maria G.She examined my pain,did x rays,and after 1 day I come back,to her my result and see my course of treatment.Later I started to do my treatment course,all team,doctor and nurse name Costa,was amazing,very helpful.Now,I did 4 days of treatment,I feel amazing.Every one here is helpful,professional and nice.Thanks guy for you job.

I suffered a slipped disk in my upper back from a climbing injury and got into the system with the NHS who prescribed strong painkillers and put me on a waiting list for surgery, the NHS physio that assessed me also told me not to do any exercise for a year!

I looked for an alternative and found ProBack and I've very glad I did.

After the initial assessment I started treatment with the shockwave therapy and after the 2nd treatment my pain was reduced by 80%, now, after my 8th I'm pain free and rock climbing again, all within a month!

The practitioner in charge of my care, Arlind, is incredibly professional as well as personal, he takes a great interest in my recovery and is tailoring the treatment to my exact situation based on feedback.

All of the staff greet me by name every time I arrive and have made me feel like this IS something I can recover from, after being in severe pain for months it feels like a new lease on life.

The treatment plan I'm in is looking at not just taking the injury pain away but re-aligning my body and back and potentially undoing decades of injuries, I expect that after I complete this I will be in better shape than before my injury.

I know that results will vary from person to person but for me they have nothing short of miraculous, and to think the NHS wanted to operate and fuse my vertebrae!

I had serious issues with by back and legs after pregnancy. No help from NHS, so I asked Proback Clinics to help.
Very grateful to Dr Dimitris and to Jasmine for their thorough and professional help - they supported me on the way to recovery.
When we started, I was not able to sleep because of the pain in my right leg, can't lay on my back, had numbness in my fingers and some other problems.
The result of 12 sessions - I can sleep on my back, pain in the leg has almost gone, I can feel my fingers again. If I would do exercises carefully prepared for me, the results would be much better.

All the staff is great
my back and neck improved i would say,
from 60% good to around 85%,
my life overall is mutch bether now, pain i would say lowered from 85% to 35%
In general my life is 80% bether i fell agility, energie, i sleep proper, sexual life improved as well,i fell less tired because my body is not allways in pain like befour. Most importante all my column and neck is more straigth, and thate improved all kinds of aspects on my body.

i would love to recommend pro back! at first i cant move or turn my head, my left back is in pain that i couldnt sleep, i had muscle spasm at left upper back. now i can move freely but im still on my therapy. i cant thank enough the staffs, special thanks to Abdul and Chris! They are all caring and lovely people! Thank you so much!

I made a previous review before but deleted it due to the positive treatments from maisie and abdul.

Previously, in my other review i mentioned how kat is not so good.

She rushes too much (In and out of the room) and her treatment doesn't seem to address my pain (unless giving me more pain is supposed to fix my pain). Maybe she is still new? 

I have numerous times been placed in the treatment room by kat but had to wait an additional 5 minutes before being seen. Other practitioners have started my treatment the moment i enter the room.

I have tried to give a fair opinion on everyone.

But i don't see the customer service from kat at all. i know i am not the only one with this opinion.

To end it with a good note.

Dr christian is a miracle worker. He has made me finally sleep after 10 years.

Maisie is an absolute gem in this clinic
You definitely can see the experience and knowledge she brings to the clinic.

Her customer service is 5 out of 5 star, out of all the physio and chiroprators I have been to before, she surely takes the cake.

Abdul is amazing as he does so much to show he cares and he figure things out like putting me in different positions to give me a better stretch. He is very good at giving examples of why things are happening to me.
Everything is relatable. You can see and hear he is knowledgeable, as you will always hear him give advice and teach other newer staff.

The other staff I would like to say is very good would be rui and shola! You can see the apple does not fall far from the tree.

But rotten apples ruin the bunch!

I am 67 years old & was suffering from sciatica for few weeks. Pain in my right leg was absolutely unbearable. My son initially booked an appointment with ProBack clinic & I should say that I cannot thank him enough for doing that 🙏.

I had too much pain, could not sit, stand up or walk for long & sleeping was absolute torture 😫. Now, I am half a way through my treatment & I feel amazing, I can walk almost pain free & back to my cycling as well, how wonderful is that 😊😊😊.

My special thanks to all the staff at ProBack clinic, who are always very welcoming, kind & helpful, they are amazing, especially handsome Yohanis 😜, who helped me all the way through in the last 4 weeks with my treatment: shock wave, decompression & laser, in addition he gave me some exercises to do at home for sciatica, lower limb & lower back for improving the condition of my neck & back.

When I walked in Pro back in December I could barely stand up or walk, x-rays showed I was basically a crocked mess.
6 months later and after following Johanis plan, pain is gone,and my skeleton is starting to look normal ISH.
I'm so thankful to Johanis,he customised the plan perfectly to suit my needs ,and to all the team that has taken care of me.

I'm halfway through 12 week treatment but back to work and look after my family. I was suffering from low back pain when i was workout in the gym and decided to visit proback. When i went there staff were wonderful and professional especially yohanes . happy with the analysis session which explained to me exactly why I am suffering from low back pain. After treatment improve from the pain. Special thanks to handsome yohanes (Jone) and the rest of the team for their support.
Little tip it's not easy to get pay display parking spots in Victoria area please come early before appointment or public transport is very easy. 2 minutes walk.

From my first visit and describing my issues. Chris and his team set up a treatment plan for me. Everything connected to my issue was explained in detail so l could fully understand what was going to happen. Everyone involved is professional and make you feel very comfortable. I feel great and the treatments involved has made a massive difference in how l feel mentally and physically. I would recommend EVERYONE who has issues with their back to see proback. I was suffering from low back pain for years and decided to visit proback. The staff were wonderful and professional in every aspect. I was especially happy with the analysis session which explained to me exactly why I am suffering from low back pain.
