I was recommended Proback by a friend and contacted the clinic. I was offered an appointment the next day and had the assessment/consultation done. The following day had the assessment results and a first treatment session and a treatment plan was set-out.

The end-to-end process was very easy, and efficient and customer service was excellent. Staff were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and understood my concerns and answered all questions with confidence and knowledge.

The first treatment of Shockwave therapy relived me of the pain and felt normal. There was no pain the following morning.

I am glad that I decided to call the clinic.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, I had problem walking and standing for too long and sleepless night they tell me the best treatment for my joint pain I have Shockwave and prolozone it helps my joint now I sleep very well in I can't stop thanking them for they help in my recovery

The treatment that Pro Back provided has changed my life.

In April 2024 I visited the clinic after slipping three discs, three months of crippling sciatica, and no help from the NHS.

Having visited many different chiropractors etc over 15 years of back problems, I was sceptical but desperate. I knew that decompression was likely my only potential avenue.

They X-rayed my spine and I was shocked at how much the NHS failed to diagnose. I had issues all the way up my spine, with alignment, curvature and up to 50% reduction in disc height. I started treatment immediatly.

It was obvious after a couple of sessions just how amazing decompression is. It cured my sciatica and gave me back mobiltiy.

After around 20 sessions my spine was X-rayed again. I was shocked. I had recovered disc height, realigned my spine, and increased its curvature.

Do not wait like I did. Put your back before any other costs and go visit the staff right away if you have even early signs of back issues. They use science and modern technology to treat you and are amazing.

After so many years spending money on medication, massage devices, and osteopaths, I finally found relief from my suffering and restored my will to live!

I started coming here in June 2024 with a lot of back pain in my lower back which I had been carrying for several years, I couldn't stand up properly, my left foot was raised, I was assessed and given an x-ray and then advised of suitable treatment, my diagnosis was Degenerative disc disease, so basically my lower back needed stretching out, my discs were too close together and nearly touching and that had been resolved by decompression and shockwave, twice a week. This takes time for your body to adjust to, so be patient with yourself.
I had this course of treatment initially for about 6 months, by which time my back had significantly improved and also I had come off pain killers I had been taking.
I was then reassessed and x-rayed again, then started just having shockwave treatment as well as been given some gentle exercises to do away from the clinic.
Coming to the end of 2025, I am feeling so much better, I have had another x-ray of my back and can now do things without aches or pain, and this treatment is non medicated.
The staff have been brilliant, and they are very knowledgeable, and look after you.

If you have a back problem, come here and someone will help and put you in a better position, don't live with pain.

I came to Proback in 2016 after seeing an advert in the Metro - whilst searching for help with some severe physical injuries I sustained several years earlier.

I got in touch and had a consultation, an X-ray and manipulation treatment and found some benefit and continued weekly for three months after this time I decided to stop the treatment as I felt I had achieved the outcome I needed at that time.

Now, here we are in 2025 - ten years on from my first encounter - along with more physical difficulties I needed to review my physical well-being - I returned to Proback - booking a session , had a consultation , an X-ray and started treatment with Shockwave treatment.

Since commencing the treatment in early November I can honestly say that Shockwave treatment is working very well and I am benefiting enough to reassure my confidence enough to continue this treatment as a game changer for me. I am sleeping better, my pain is a different level of experience and my physical awareness and well being is improving all the time.

As a driver, I was suffering back pain since I drive long hours . After buying session on proback , they gave a report of X-ray and follow u treatment, they gave me more than enough time per session with the right support.

After seeing a physio for several weeks at a different clinic which gave me no support at all for my issues. I met Alex at London Back Pain Clinic who immediately put me at ease that my issue of lower back pain due to a bulging disc was common and he would be able to help me. I came in with such bad back pain not only have they made that disappear but my back has never felt better. Arlind always with a smile and very knowledgeable has helped me with my neck and posture so much and I have learned good practises and exercises to continue this. Staff are very kind and professional caring about customers. They are very friendly and good hospitality. The rooms for the treatment are very clean and organised well.

I cannot recommend Proback more highly. I went in there walking like a person who had an ‘accident’ and over the weeks of treatment I can now enjoy walks with my dogs again. The care and attention from everyone is beyond caring. You should all be very proud of yourselves. This is the best value for money and I now can enjoy my life. I can’t thank you all enough for giving me my dignity back.

I cannot thank Proback enough for making my life so much easier with less pain. The staff are incredibly professional and caring and they always try to accommodate me when booking appointments. The shock wave therapy is great for all my aches and pains on various places on my body. I am, at present, also having prolotherapy injections in my knee as I have been experiencing bad knee pain when ascending and descending the stairs. I can walk much more with ease now and have much less pain than before. I would definitely recommend Proback to everyone who has mobility issues. They have certainly helped me.

After a year of significant lower back pain, two sets of steroid injections, two courses of physiotherapy and a few osteopathy appointments I was a bit desperate. I’ve got bulging discs pressing on nerves which made climbing stairs and slopes and uneven surfaces very painful. A friend had recommended shockwave therapy for another part of the body and I thought I’d give it a shot. I was skeptical to start with but after 7 sessions of shockwave and K Laser treatment I was beginning to notice a significant improvement in my back and pain levels. Stairs and slopes are no longer so painful and I can straighten my back when I try. I’m on the maintenance path now which includes exercising at home. The staff at the Proback clinic are very helpful and professional.
