I originally went to ProBack 2 years ago after being diagnosed with seven bulging discs in my spine. I was in extreme pain and couldn't sit down or stand up without extreme pain. Proback took X-rays and discovered I had lost the curvature in my spine, and my prosthetic hip was situated much higher than my own hip, which may have aggravated my spine, causing these issues. I had been going to my doctor for 3 years, since having a hip replacement, as I had experienced constant pain in my hip and back, and I was only offered a steroid injection, which, after research, is not recommended in a prosthetic hip. So I was desperate for some pain relief.
Proback put me on a 12-week plan, incorporating shockwave and laser treatment. They gave me a back cushion to recreate the curve in my spine and an insole to help correct my misaligned prosthetic hip. After a couple of weeks, I noticed a large reduction in pain, and after the 12-week plan, I was pain-free. At this time, the pain in my prosthetic hip and my own hip had increased so much that I could not work. I finally saw a surgeon who put me on a 10-week waiting list for my prosthetic hip treatment, and a 9-month waiting list to have my own hip replaced.
I went to Proback for my back treatment, very upset and confused, as my back was getting better, but now my hips were so painful that I could not work. They looked at my X-rays again and advised that they can help with both hips, and my own hip does not need a replacement, as it's not bone-on-bone, but they can alleviate the inflammation and pain.
I had prolozone therapy and hydra-dissection therapy, which has been life-changing. My pain had reduced by 60%. I am still having treatment, but the reduction in pain is remarkable. I can work, walk without limping, and more importantly, I don't think I will need another hip replacement for a while. They are worth every penny.

Disappointing Experience with Injection prolozone

I recently visited Proback clinics Victoria for an injection, hoping it would alleviate my pain. Unfortunately, the treatment did not have any effect, and I ended up paying £800 for what feels like nothing. Instead of relief, my pain actually worsened following the procedure.

The lack of results was incredibly frustrating, especially given the high cost. I expected a professional service and effective treatment but left feeling disappointed and in more discomfort than before. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

After a period of illness, I decided to try ozone therapy at Proback to help restore my health. I cannot emphasise enough how effective it has been. My energy levels have soared, I feel younger, and it has even given me the strength to get back into my running routine – which has created an upward spiral for my health. The team at Proback are professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. I would recommend ozone therapy to anyone looking to aid their recovery and/or boost vitality.

I’ve had severe neck pain for 10+ years due to degenerative disc disease. I had all the normal treatments from physio, steroids injections, to hardcore pain medications.
All of the above didn’t help and I was slowly losing my life to the agonising pain I was in.
I saw an advertisement from Proback on social media, offering a range of treatments which looked rather promising. I had nothing to lose by going to see them. It was the best thing I ever did.
The initial consultation was very thorough and it was recommended that I start a course of prolozone injections - 5 in total, due to the severity of my condition. I was sceptical as everything else I tried, hadn’t really helped. Just one day after my 1st injections, I woke up with no pain at all. This was the first time in over ten years that I felt pain free.
It’s minimally invasive with no side effects and the difference is just WOW.
Prolozone has given me my life back. I haven’t had to take any pain medication since completing the course of treatment that was recommended.

I was suffering for over a year with severe sciatica to the point I was unable to walk, any normal day to day activities and at a loss of how to ease my back pain. I'd visited my GP multiple times and was working with a physio through the NHS. My pain reached a point where I couldn't take much more, and was irritable and depressed with little hope of a cure.

A friend recommended Proback. My consultation booking was quick and easy, I called and within 48hrs I was being seen for my initial xray and consultation. Within a week, I had started the 18 week treatment plan with spinal decompression and shockwave therapy - the cost was high but I can wholly say it was the best investment I've ever made.

I saw results even after the first session, my symptoms relieved and walking became easier and pain subsided - I religiously followed the advice of the team and within a month I noticed serious progress that without Proback's support wouldn't have happened.

At the beginning of my care, I'd come off an 11hr flight from San Francisco, my pain relapsed as a result of the flight and again I was limping. The next morning I visited Proback for spinal decompression and immediately the pain disappeared. It feels hard to write this since before booking I was sceptical of the reviews and comments thinking it may not work for me but important I share this experience if you are suffering as Proback spinal decompression and shockwave therapy really is a miracle! It really did work for me instantly and I am so grateful for the support I received.

If you are experiencing back pain, Proback will get you back on your feet again - I'm now fully recovered, back to my exercise regime with a greater appreciation for rest and recovery as well as an ongoing monthly check up to assure I can avoid any relapses and remain healthy for the long term.

I was in constant pain for 2 years, and NHS couldn't find the reason.I started believing I'm beyond help and will be on the painkillers forever.

had a great experience with the shockwave therapy sessions with my amazing consultant Arlind Cela. I came in with a lot of tension and soreness, and after just a few sessions, I noticed a big improvement. The therapist was really knowledgeable and took the time to understand where the pain was coming from. They used a mix of techniques that really worked for me. I feel more mobile, relaxed, and less pain. Highly recommend! Still got few sessions left and i’m sure before the session finished all the pain were gone.

After years of struggling with agonising lower back problems, I quite literally stumbled into the Proback Clinic — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Despite my ongoing pain and numerous visits to my local GP and hospital, no one seemed willing to address the root of my issues without resorting to painkillers or invasive surgery.

After an eventful weekend I was experiencing severe pain walking and unable to walk up stairs. I hobbled into the clinic and came out free of pain and almost striding (which is unheard of for me over the past few years). My gratitiude knows no bounds.

I have been struggling with a horrible pain in my lower back shooting down on my leg, sciatica.

After each session my back was feeling good and all those treatments help me to be more flexible but because of hypermobility I had downfalls so we decided to talk to dr.Chris so for my case he was the game changer.
He recommended prolozone therapy and I had to admit I was very scared of the needles,but at that point pain was bigger then the fear, so I tried and I was very surprised,the whole procedure was around 20 min I was just feeling some little pinches but only at the beginning and my back pain was gone.
I couldn't believe it from the first prolozone therapy it was 85%improvement.

Dr Chris is fantastic! I went in with a torn knee ligament + am also hyper mobile in the knees (and in general),so he advised on Ozone therapy. I've only had two, but I'm already feeling so much better in terms of movement & a feeling of that area strengthening back up again. So glad I found this clinic.

Having Hypermobility and a long history of injuries, tendinitis and orthopaedic surgeries I have tried everything from steroid/hyaluronic injections to acupuncture and alternatives therapies to manage pain. So it was with some skepticism that I decided to try prolotherapy and prolozone. Within 10 days of the first injections I felt a significant improvement and the results just keep getting better and better! Now doing other areas too. Very happy with result and the team are all so kind, friendly and caring.

I've been a patient at ProBack Clinic Victoria since 2022 after researching solutions for chronic back pain caused by poor posture and an old car accident that affected my neck and hip. From the first consultation with Dr. Chris, I knew I was in expert hands. My personalized plan included chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, decompression, laser treatments, and daily support techniques—plus physiotherapy exercises emailed to me for ongoing progress.

Over the past 18 months, I've seen steady healing and real results not just in pain relief, but in overall mobility and well-being. As a former pro basketball player and current international referee, I came in with a body full of old injuries. Prolozone injections with Mudasir and Chris have been especially helpful in reducing inflammation,scars and improving recovery.

The staff at ProBack are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I had to reschedule many times, and every interaction especially with Mrs. Deepa at the front desk was handled with promptness and genuine care. She treats everyone like family, and that warmth makes a huge difference in the healing journey.

One important reminder: healing takes time. Don’t expect decades of pain to disappear in one or two visits. With commitment, patience and support, though efforts , it is possible.

I have suffered from back pain for a number of years. The only thing that seemed to work was long-term rest, which was both frustrating and hard to sustain. After having Prolozone therapy at Proback I am pain-free and equally important feeling confident and comfortable to get back to playing the sports that I really enjoy. Thank you Proback!

I had a bad back for six months. After four months I went to Proback. I undertook four sessions of receiving Prolozone treatment after being advised by Dr Chris. Naturally I went away an researched it before I was given Prolozone treatment. I basically have been like an old man for 4-6 months, not even wanting to sit down. I now feel like a young man (which I am not!), and have got my enthusiasm for everything back. I must be honest and admit that I do not fully understand Prolozone, but trusted Dr Chris and in summary I think it livened up the considerable scar tissue in my many muscles and ligaments.

The Proback Victoria team are very lovely. Although it turned out that I had Fibromyalgia, the K-laser and shockwave therapy brought some relief to some unbearable focus points of my pain, when my hips would jam up and my shoulder was sore. They were very understanding and flexible when I messed up my appointment timings due to brain fog, always did the best they could do to accommodate and on occasion, made time to see me if I could drop in quickly. For a long time, their treatment kept me afloat and their kindness and sensitivity honestly brightened up my days. Unfortunately, the treatment didn't fix my underlying issue (which it couldn't have), but it definitely kept me going a bit longer and it's still a great solution to non-pharmaceutical pain relief. I have been attending Proback for several months now and my experience has been truly amazing, the staff are lovely and a pleasure to deal with, you really can tell it is a family run business you are not just a number and that they genuinely want to get you better and they are not just after your money.

You are greeted by the reception team Nessa, Claudia, Melinda & Kyra to name a few who are all lovely and a pleasure to deal with, the practice manager Dipa goes above and beyond to make sure you are looked after the whole reception team are all a pleasure to deal with.

The Chiropractors, Osteopaths and Physiotherapists themselves are very knowledgeable and lovely also, they actually listen to what symptoms you are experiencing and any feedback you give them regarding your symptoms and changes in your symptoms as your treatment progresses.

I have been suffering lower back issues since around 2013 and have been unable, to work since early 2018 due to being in constant unbearable pain.
I even had back surgery in 2019 which initially seemed very positive however I could tell something was still wrong after around 6 months but no one would listen to me, I even got told I should see a phycologist, however 18 months after the back surgery I developed almost constant debilitating lower back pain and started experiencing almost constant muscle spasms accompanied by buttock pain on my right side, in late 2022 I started noticing a weakness below the knee causing me to severely twist my right ankle at the end of 2022.
At the end of 2023 I started developing sciatica-like symptoms then at the beginning of the 2024 I also started to lose the ability to walk and I was reliant on crutches for several months.
I have lost count how many consultants I have actually seen telling me there is nothing obviously wrong with me and I need to focus on rehab exercises. At this point I had already done over 5 years of rehab exercises under the care of multiple Osteopaths, Physio and even a PT after being told my symptoms were not spinal.
However, after doing some research, I suspected something called Piriformis Syndrome might be contributing to my symptoms again no one would listen to me, after getting fed up of being told there is nothing obviously wrong with me and that it’s my head. I decided to visit Proback it’s the best decision I have made in a long time.

When having shockwave therapy usually initially see Arlind the Managing Practitioner, he is very knowledgeable and such a lovely guy usually followed one of the Proback Practitioners which is usually Shola who is amazing or occasionally Damanie or Ophelia who are all very knowledgeable and lovely. Damanie even added something to my treatment plan which helped prove one of my contributing issues was indeed Piriformis Syndrome and also reduce my pain dramatically.
I have more recently also started to also have Prolozone therapy which is normally administered by Dr Christian the lead practitioner and Mudasir who is one of the Physiotherapists they are both very knowledgeable and lovely, Dr Christian also makes your feel very welcome and at ease with humorous side. More recently Samra and Blessy who are also Physiotherapists been treating me they are also lovely. I have noticed my pain has been reduced by over 90% when combining the Prozone Therapy with the Shockwave and Decompression Therapy.
I even got told by an old friend I move young man now not someone more elderly like I used too.

My health issues are very complex and I am not fully pain free yet I recently had a few weeks where I felt the best I had in over 10 years. Together with Proback we have now managed to pinpoint the key areas that are causing my remaining issues. ]

At the end of the day, you have to also put the work in also if you want to get better, you can’t expect many years of ongoing issues to suddenly disappear with just a few treatments. I have few setbacks along the way however I am confident that with Proback’s help I am now very close to being pain free without any serious mobility issues.

I can honestly say I have had better results with Proback over several months than I have had over the last 5 years with multiple consultants, chiropractors, osteopaths and physios etc. THANK YOU.

I have had a long-standing problem with my back, which over the years has steadily got worse. The Proback people have been tremendous in their care and attention and all-round service. It’s a scam!!!
I went there on november because i was suffering of herniated disc . It was the worst decision of my life they don’t care about you they just want money. I was treated by the main one and other chiropractors no one knew what the problem was. They love using shockwave therapy even if it’s not working on the patients. After i paid 12 sessions i have been told that the only way to fix my problems was with exercise and magnesium that i could have done it before without spending all of these money. If you want to be cured don’t go near there they want the money not your health. If you have any back pain please don’t go over there i am okey to be contacted if you need more explanation
