Firstly, I would like to thank Dr Christian Allard and his gorgeous wife Dipa Allard, for founding this clinic and for having such an awesome team of specialists.

My journey with Proback, Victoria, began at the end of May 2024, and I will arrive at the end of my treatment by the end of October.
I received shock-wave and decompression treatments for sciatica and spinal realignment.

My journey began with my desperate search for someone who could help rid my body of the sciatica I had been experiencing for a number of years. Prior to discovering Proback, I had tried various therapies and treatments but nothing helped for long and I found myself living with constant leg, hip and lower back pain.

After my initial consultation with Proback, I knew I had made the right call; because at Proback, your initial consultation includes two visits: first you have your x-rays taken, secondly you see the results of said x-rays and have a discussion with a specialist.
This is where I had a major epiphany! When I saw my x-rays my jaw dropped because I was then able to see the condition of my spine which clarified the problems I was experiencing with my body. More than that, after my consultation with Probacks Managing Practitioner, Mr Arlind Cela, I reached a better understanding of where my pain was coming from. Mr Cela is no ordinary practitioner; this man is a miracle worker when it comes to the body and mind: I have had counselling over the years owing to PTSD and no other specialist has been able to do for my body and mind what Arlind Cela has done. In fact, every multi-disciplined practitioner I came into contact with at Proback, seemed to have something magical about them, so much so that after a few occasions of having
Mr Shola Adedo provide me with shock-wave therapy, I requested to have him as a constant because he just seemed to know were my discomfort was every time I saw him!

I went for an initial consultation and follow-up where my x-ray results were shared. Both were friendly and professional just seemed very early career rather than experienced practitioners. I think they were very busy both days so a little chaotic with 2 different therapists seeing me for first appointment and then same with shockwave therapy. I tried shockwave therapy and laser treatment but was given no exercises to do on my own. Given my condition is 3 months on I thought I would give it a go and I may get the more advanced treatments. The shockwave was ok - much like a massage gun and lazer I didnt feel anything. Each treatment was 20 min or so. The next day felt limited improvement and the cost and time to travel into to central was not worth it. I personally found local independent consultants usually charge less and have much more experience in a specific area. No critique of individuals I met with they were positive albeit rushed in their energy - I just didn’t leave with a belief this was the right treatment location for me. I am now focusing on 1:1 pilates which is £25 for 50 minutes and maya facial release ans radio frequency therapy which is £50 for 45 minutes.

I would highly recommend this place for anybody having back pain.my wife had the. Back issue took some shock therapy and she feels great. the price are reasonable as well also those guys know what they are doing.sadly we couldn’t carry on with further treatment as it was far for us.

Suffered with stubborn back pain for many years and had tried many treatments to no avail, until I found a superb all round successful treatment with Proback! The shockwave therapy worked wonders for me!
Can’t recommend them enough! Staff were excellent to match the treatment too!

Proback Clinic has given me my life back, from arriving there in my wheelchair, my back totally out, could not stand up at all and bent towards my left side and over. With the Shockwave Therapy and the Radio Frequency Therapy I am able to walk up straight, bend, move, and am now nearly pain free. From the 1st x-rays and the 2nd x-rays so much improvement. The Staff are all miracle workers. Very professional service. I have referred my parents too for treatment. I would refer anybody to them.

Proback has helped me tremendously.

I have experienced great customer service and helpful treatment ever since I started. To be specific, receptionists’ Nesa and Claudia have consistently been very helpful in organising appointments and even fitting me in with the practitioners whenever I wasn’t able to attend at the agreed time. Their attitude towards helping customers is very refreshing. Regarding the service of treatment. Abdul and Dimitar are brilliant practitioners and are very good at what they do. They have helped me decrease the pain in my back enormously.

I would recommend Proback clinic to anyone due to their impeccable customer service from their receptionists and also their Therapy service from all their practitioners.

I was not able to walking because of my pain in my left leg. Three weeks was on painkillers but pain was not getting less. Then I finding Proback Clinic Victoria on line. I came here. Staff here is very kind and helpful, doctors very professional and on next day I've got first procedure(radial shockwave therapy). After some weeks pain disappeared and I am happy walking without any pain. I am very grateful to the professional staff, who made my life beautiful. I was in pain when I first came to Proback Victoria clinic and they told me that they can help me with my pain I just said ok because I have tried every pain relief and therapy to relieve my pain. Fortunately when I started the treatment in that week the first treatment I felt relief I am still going for my treatments it’s a long journey but I am happy to say I that I am pain free and extremely impressed how helpful it was for me I am also happy with the very pleasant and helpful staff.

This place is awesome 👌 I had the treatment last year with a little added work on my muscle and core strength, which they gave me workout plan for, I am back to 98% recovered. I was in a bad way for three years not able to walk more than 20 metres without crippling pain from sciatica. It is expensive but I would say it worth it. I had decompression treatment and shockwave therapy it was expensive.

I had this twice a week they set out a treatment plan for you so cost might vary as you might have another type of treatment. It in my view a safer option to surgery you might want to try first prior to surgery.

I've had disc issues In the past taking time off sick due to serious pain and not being able to walk for days thanks to proback that's all changed
I first visited the London City branch over 4 years ago. And now I regularly go for shockwave therapy they are so friendly welcoming and professional they talk you through your treatment after having an x ray

Neck, Shoulder and Lumbar pain I had 12 week of shock wave therapy using denneroll which was given for neck cervical adjustment and thoracic spine adjustment this has reduced my muscular pain significantly and has corrected my sitting posture

I have started having treatment at Proback about three years ago following a vertigo attack. I have been offered shockwave therapy and responded very well to it. Part of the problem was calcification in shoulders and neck. The treatment helped to restore my neck mobility. After about 10 weeks of Shockwave treatment, my condition improved markedly. Since then, I go to Proback for maintenance treatments. Arlind and all practitioners at Proback are very friendly, professional, helpful and experienced. The overall experience at Proback has been very positive. All staff and receptionists are welcoming, courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend Proback.

The Proback team are very welcoming and helpful, they listen to your concerns and always provide a helpful solution. I had shockwave therapy performed as my treatment and it has definitely made a positive impact on my life, i would recommend going to Proback.

Had used proback services years ago and did not hesitate for a second in contacting them again recently after another incident. They put me back on my feet using shockwave and decompression therapy, everybody is professional, prepared and yet friendly and flexible in terms of their approach to my specific problem. Being able to listen to patients is a rare and invaluable skill for anyone involved in the medical profession, thoroughly recommended.

I would like to express my gratitude to the whole team of proback Victoria and especially to Yohanis for the indicated help and the correct treatment. When I entered the clinic before a few months for the first time I had severe pain in my head and lower back. Two weeks after the first therapy I felt significant relief in my lower back. Now for almost four months with the treatment prescribed for me, I can say that the headache that was almost constant and the pain in the lower back have disappeared completely.

AMAZING treatment. Came in with severe back pain and ended up coming out feeling nothing! Over an 18 week period I was given Shockwave Therapy, Laser Therapy and Decompression Therapy. These all helped me out tremendously in my recovery. They give discounts too depending on how you want to pay and they don’t force any plans on you from day 1 so you have time to choose. The staff were absolutely wonderful in their work. I do have to put in a special word in for Yohanis as he was the person who mainly worked on me and I’ve been happy with him every step of the way. He’s very caring and understanding. The information he provided is very informative and I never had any second thoughts. I appreciate everyone who helped me out in my recovery and I would 100% recommend this place for any back related pain. The staff won’t fail you at all and they’re all very friendly.

I suffered a slipped disk in my upper back from a climbing injury and got into the system with the NHS who prescribed strong painkillers and put me on a waiting list for surgery, the NHS physio that assessed me also told me not to do any exercise for a year!

I looked for an alternative and found ProBack and I've very glad I did.

After the initial assessment I started treatment with the shockwave therapy and after the 2nd treatment my pain was reduced by 80%, now, after my 8th I'm pain free and rock climbing again, all within a month!

The practitioner in charge of my care, Arlind, is incredibly professional as well as personal, he takes a great interest in my recovery and is tailoring the treatment to my exact situation based on feedback.

All of the staff greet me by name every time I arrive and have made me feel like this IS something I can recover from, after being in severe pain for months it feels like a new lease on life.

The treatment plan I'm in is looking at not just taking the injury pain away but re-aligning my body and back and potentially undoing decades of injuries, I expect that after I complete this I will be in better shape than before my injury.

I know that results will vary from person to person but for me they have nothing short of miraculous, and to think the NHS wanted to operate and fuse my vertebrae!

i would love to recommend pro back! at first i cant move or turn my head, my left back is in pain that i couldnt sleep, i had muscle spasm at left upper back. now i can move freely but im still on my therapy. i cant thank enough the staffs, special thanks to Abdul and Chris! They are all caring and lovely people! Thank you so much!

Brilliant treatment! For my enraged sciatica nerve, the shock wave therapy and decompression treatments are the only ones that ever really helped. I would recommend this to anyone with a backpain.
