VICTORIA PROBACK DOES MIRACLES

Over the second lockdown period I suffered from back pain caused by sciatica. I was practically paralyzed, couldn't walk at all and had sleepless nights. I Made numerous phone calls to my Gp for help. I was prescribed very strong meds that would knock me out for days but still in a lot of pain. My Gp couldn't find any medication to help relieve my pain but still kept on prescribing stronger doses. I was taking about 6 different painkillers at the same time (I'm surprised I'm still alive or not an addict). I was referred to the hospital as my pain was not going away after 2 months. While I was waiting for an appointment at the hospital, I decided to search online for help privately and saw VICTORIA PROBACK CLINIC. I called to make an appointment for a consultation and the receptionist was amazing on the phone and convinced me to book an appointment the following day.
I walked in there crippled and limping. They accessed me and took my X-ray. I saw Yohanis who went through the procedure on how he is going to fix my back pain using decompression, laser and shockwave. I was extremely sceptical. Being in the pain I was, I thought I'll try them and didn't like the thought of having surgery either but was convinced by Gp that the surgery or Injection is the best option to heal me.
After agreeing to start my treatment with Proback clinic, I finally received my appointment with the hospital for my consultation. I was told by the consultant that I would need either back surgery or an injection on my spine and had no chance that any type of physio or treatment would help me at this stage. Bare in mind that all of this decision was based on numerous phone calls to my Gp but no one had seen me to assess my case.
The consultant was hiding behind his computer, reading the Gp notes and insisted that the best way was surgery. After hearing this information, i Now started to doubt Proback clinic but attended my sessions with Yohanis. I told him what the hospital said and he reassured me that surgery is not an option for me at this stage but patience and trusting the plan he made for my recovery will help me.
This was the best decision I made. After 5 months of treatment I am a new person, I can run, walk, no more sleepless nights and no longer on medications.
And Guess what? Now that I am fully healed, I still haven't heard from the hospital for my surgery that apparently I needed to heal me (what a joke).

I have been a client of chiropractic for 30years intermittently & Pro Back has offered me the most holistic treatment in the UK so far.
I have found it far superior to any other that I have been treated by.
Following a handful of shock wave, decompression and laser treatments, I can already feel the benefit to my joints and back.
Clinically the practitioners are professional, knowledgeable, supportive and caring.

I highly recommend proback clinic! All the staff is Very professional and friendly! I've been visiting clinic for over 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did mixture of decompression, shockwave and laser therapy for my lumbar area and the results within 2 months are amazing. I don't want to go too much into details in regards my lower back issues but I was in pain 24/7 and very poor sleeping pattern. After 2 months of therapy I have no more pain, much improved mobility and I can finally enjoy a good sleep! I still have to use orthotics cushions for another 2 months and home exercises to improve my posture and strengthen my back but I can enjoy my everyday life now which is priceless! I wanna say special thank you to my practitioner Yohanis! I feel like he went extra mile for me but I'm sure this is how he treat every patient. Also I wanna say thank you to very friendly and caring reception team especially Dipa and Feven always helped with my requests 😊 so thank you PROBACK CLINIC you are fantastic!!!

I had a treatment therapy at Proback and I am delighted to say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was very impressed by their services and courtesey.
The scan carried out at Proback showed multiple issues on the spine including a herniated disc.
Before I started treatment, I was unable to put my feet down or sit not even for 5 minutes. The pain was just unbearable. Now I don't feel any pain on the herniated disc, as if the herniation had never been there before, and I can do almost everything, even cycling!
I received a treatment combination of decompression and shockwave therapy, together with orthotic cushions and some special exercises to do at home to correct the spine anomalies.
The staff there are very professional and are genuinely committed to what they do. They not only treat the symptoms, they actually treat the root or the underlying cause of the pain which I quite like!
A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this wonderful journey, esp Arlind, Olly and Hannah who genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to ensure the patient is comfortable, fully recovering and pain-free. I have experienced massive improvement and dramatic change which I am very grateful for and I am hoping I will continue to live pain-free for years to come.
A special thank you to Arlind who was taking care of the cervical part of the spine and who was always there to answer my questions and give a scientific explanation to the issues I was experiencing. He also provided me with some tips and techniques to maintain a healthy spine and avoid potential pain.
The reception staff are all very kind and welcoming! They are very approachable and friendly, yet professional.
I highly recommend Proback for what they do. They know their stuff, they are knowledgeable and result-oriented. So if you experience back or neck pain, give Proback a try. The only thing you might regret is not going there sooner!

(Lower back pain sciatica-bulging disk)
I am very disappointed with this treatment, after my first discounted session they (David) advised to take the 18-session package (decompression-shockwave) and promised to get me at least 80% pain free. After wasted more than 2 months and spent a lot of money I am now getting ready for surgery. The staff is very kind but in Surbiton there is a lack of communication and professionalism in between the staff members. Plenty of times I received different set of exercises with no clarity and sometimes with contradictions. Sometimes I felt like a number and not a patient as there was not a follow up during the process, different staff members treating you, always in a rush with no time to answer questions (David mostly) some sessions I had to ask why I still in pain and many times David answer that it could be a mental problem!! Or maybe I am not doing my exercise properly! I stopped working just to concentrate in my back health and followed every single step. I understand that this a treatment might work for others but at least be honest and advice patient if this treatment is working or not for you. After I stoped going for my latest sessions there was not feedback or assessment. I believe they just don't care as long they are busy.

Brilliant experience with Proback Victoria. Fantastic professional service and I would highly recommend it for anyone struggling with back pain. All the staff are excellent and very welcoming. Easy to book and the communication is great.

I was after an effective treatment/specialised therapy for my very painful and tense back & neck caused by long hours sitting at a Desk. I have been seeing the ProBack team at Victoria for a few months now, with great results! Their radial shockwave therapy along with their K-Laser & Cupping Therapy is excellent. They were able to hit all the problem areas in my back effectively. On top of this, the combination of their knowledge, spinal orthotics and exercises have proven very efficient. This is my story, however recent, anyway I came across this Proback add on Facebook and wanted to know if this could be true or just another load of time wasters
( I had those before).
So I made the call to them and within 24 hours I was seeing to had my consultation both Verbally & Physically , X-rays done and ready ( I thought WoW I have never seen my Spine like that before) it was very interesting to finally see what my problem was for the first time . My complaint was lower back pelvic pains,Numbness in my leg, Neck & Headache 🤕
From the minute you arrive in that clinic you are welcomed into a very friendly and caring atmosphere. I was feeling better already.
The initial X-ray, consultation and recovery plan are quick and comfortable but very informative. Yes they are that Good ? My treatment started immediately and after a few visits was on the road to recovery.
I was never ignored and was kept in the loop at all times .
The practitioners are fantastic - energetic, knowledgeable, caring and yes they get the job done . I am on my way to recovery sleeping better, Not rolling out of bed, But getting up out of bed, bending tied my own laces. This is done on 50% of my treatment.
I have recommended PRO-BACK clinic to a few of my associates who will surely be attending at there own risks of getting better.

When I came to the Proback Clinic,the quality of my life was very low because of severe pain of the entire spine and of course of headaches,insomnia,balance disorder.
I wasn"t very optimisctic that I would feel much better because of my age(74).But,after ONLY two weeks of treatment with shockwaves and laser effect is really "miraculous".Spinal pain was significantly reduced and the collateral symptoms,disappeared.
If I am optimistic now,it is due not only to the high performance equipment but also to the team,very good,very kind and beautiful proffesionals
Due to these two elements,medical tehnique and staff I feel like a new human.In this Clinic is a lot of positive energy that helps a lot in healing.

I have been regularly attending the Proback Clinic in Victoria for 3 months now with excellent results.
After carrying a slip disk injury for many years and patching it up from time to time with
sessions of osteopathy's massages and a lot of tablets , unable to attend my job regularly
(retail that includes long hours of walking and standing) I finally decided to go for something
more.
From the assessment and the initial X rays I was diagnosed with severe chronic lumbar dysfunction by degenerative disc disease and recommended a course of shockwaves therapy
and spinal decompressions.
I must say that very quickly I felt much better, able to walk straight with much more freedom in my movements and not so much pain.
At today after attending all sessions of the treatment and constantly following the exercises
given I can honestly say I feel like a new person and definitely much younger that my 63s

I have been suffering from excruciating sciatic pain for weeks due to a prolapsed lumber disc (L5/S1). I have pretty much been told from my consultant that I would need surgery to recover and I have been feeling stressed, anxious and have been on so many painkillers just to try and manage the pain.
I was recommended I contact Proback by a friend, who’s family have been going to them over the years for various neck and back problems.
I got in touch with Proback in Victoria and went in for an assessment.
After the assessment they also took neck and back x-rays. I went back the next day to get my results and to hear Dr Chris’ thoughts on how/if he thought he could help. He went into much detail and made everything very clear on the state of my condition and through the neck x-rays he also discovered that I have degenerative disc disorder in my neck (I had only previously had an MRI scan of my back so this was new information). I found him to be very passionate, open and honest. He told me he thought I had a “fair” chance of being able to recover naturally so potentially avoiding surgery, if this wasn’t the case then at least he could help with pain relief and if I did need surgery further down the line my body would be in a much better place to heal quicker after an operation. When I heard I had a chance of healing to avoid surgery I had to go for it and I was given an 18 week treatment plan.
I have been having a combination of decompression, shock wave and laser therapies and rehab exercises will also be introduced in later weeks. I have now just finished my 3rd week where I had another assessment to check how I was doing. I was told I was responding well to treatment and the prognosis has now gone up from “fair” to “good”. I can’t express how grateful and happy I am. In just 3 weeks I am already feeling the benefits and have started to have a reduction in pain; feeling more comfortable, mobile and energised for longer periods at a time. I have also been able to start lowering the painkillers I am taking and sleeping better. In such a short time my quality of life has already improved. I know I still have a very long way to go but coming into the clinic is the highlight of my week and I am feeling really positive for the first time since the start of my condition, which in itself i know is helping with my recovery. I can not praise the Proback team enough, everyone is so professional and personable. A special thank you to Dr Chris for his guidance through my treatment plan and his therapy work, I know I am in a safe pair of hands. Also a big thanks to the wonderful Sneha for her treatments and also Abdul. You feel there is genuine care from all at the clinic for you to get better and they create an easy and friendly atmosphere. Also the delightful reception team who are so efficient and always there with a warm welcome and Dipa who with all her experience has been so helpful answering any questions I may have.
I would fully recommend Proback to anyone with neck or back pains. I am looking forward to the rest of my course of treatments.

I had really bad lower back pain, but after I gave birth to my second child the pain was unbelievable I wasn’t able to pick up my little baby. I spend 3 days in my bed with so much pain so one day the Proback clinic pop up in my Facebook. The same day I did book my an appointment for soon as possible.I did start my treatment with decompression of the spine and continue with shock waves. The staff is amazing very helpful, friendly, professional as they explain everything in detail. I can say now that I’m very greatfull for the long way they get me though, because is been more than 3 months I’m pain free is just amazing but I still visit the clinic regularly just to make sure I will never go back to the same pain. I came to Proback Clinics, Victoria with L4/5 disc extrusion with impingement of the left L5 nerve root and irritation/mild impingement of the right L5 nerve root a well as moderate spinal canal stenosis being managed with high dosage of Gabapentin and Co-codamol tablets.
With the combination of Shock wave and Decompression sessions, coupled with prescribed exercises, I'm now feeling really better, my unusual gait has tremendously improved and my mobility has greatly improved too.

After suffering from a herniated disc (L5/S1) and also upper back, neck and shoulder pains for a number of years I thought all was lost. I had tried everything from chiropractors, physios, cortisone shots and acupuncture. All would help alleviate the pain short term but nothing would solve the problem. I was stuck in a vicious cycle of having to see them on a weekly basis.

I saw an advert for Proback and thought why not (I’d tried everything else). It was so refreshing to be shown by Dr Chris on my X-rays what was actually wrong with me and form a long term plan to correct it. All I had heard for the past few years is that it’s because I work in an office and sit at a desk all day.

With a combination of shockwave treatment, exercises and spinal orthic pillows I am feeling better than I ever have done. I am less stiff, my mobility is improving and although not completely pain free yet, the difference is night and day from where I started! I look forward to continuing my recovery and would recommend the clinic to anyone who has back issues.

Everyone at the clinic is extremely nice, from the ladies on reception to the team who do the shockwave treatments. Dr Chris is a great guy and really cares about your recovery.

Yes it is expensive but you are investing in your health long term and don’t think you can put a price on that. Especially if you add up all the previous costs of seeing a chiropractor week in week out to get that slight relief.

As someone who has struggled with chronic pain, endometriosis and fibromyalgia for over a decade, I have struggled and experimented with many different treatments to try and effectively manage my pain and increase my mobility. I have been receiving treatment at Proback for well over a year now and highly recommend it.

All the practitioners have been highly invested in my treatments and have an in depth knowledge to accommodate the limitations and struggles I have had. There is a collaborative approach taken as they take the time and care to listen and understand my difficulties and are always happy to make suggestions and leverage their knowledge gained from other patients. I can speak openly and with candour, which is taken into account and has helped tailor the best treatment possible.

I’ve received both shockwave and decompression treatments as well as a laser session. Each have had varying effectiveness but have been utilised according to my symptoms to try and find the right treatment instead of accepting a limit to the improvement and progress I make. I’ve gone from struggling with days being bed bound because of pain and needing two crutches when I started treatment to using only a single walking stick and have seen an incredible increase in my mobility even if pain remains an ongoing issue.

I can highly recommend Dr Chris, Dr Nate and Arlind for their excellent care. They have all strived to help me and each have contributed in different ways in my ongoing improvement and the treatment I’ve received.

Everyone I’ve interacted with at Proback have been kind, courteous and professional. The reception staff have all been welcoming and always know me on sight, regardless of wearing a mask!

I have suffered back and hip pain for many years, but more so during the lock down which left me in chronic pain and spasms in my lower back meaning I was unable to drive, sit for no more than 15 minutes and unable to do the normal things in life.
I am in my 20th week of treatment and all I can say is that Proback have been fabulous in their treatment, their staff are very accomodating and tailor the shockwave treatment to your individual needs.
Dr chris makes you feel really comfortable in every session and the staff don't make you feel rushed and give their full attention and show empathy and great care.
The treatment they provide is different to the normal chiropractors and is very effective.
I can truly say that i have never felt more flexible then what i am feeling now, I sleep more deeply and also dream which i haven't done for many years.
The shock wave treatment as well as laser and Decompression has really helped me, the excercise plan i am given to do at home as well as the neck and back support retrainer has helped me correct my curve in my neck and back and when I do them daily I can really feel the difference.

We are currently around 10-12 weeks into the treatment.
The practitioners are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They explain things very well and are more than happy to answer my endless questions!
In the initial 3-4 weeks, the focus was to reduce the amount of lower back pain by relaxing the muscles in that area and treating imbalances through shockwave therapy. This was very successful and I noticed differences within the first few sessions.
Since then, the emphasis has been more geared towards postural correction (elimination of anterior pelvic tilt and optimizing the spinal curvature). This was done through a continuation of shockwave therapy, activation exercises and the use of a back support cushion. It's a bit more difficult to evaluate progress on this without a second set of x-rays but I've found my mobility and movement patterns to be better in the gym.
I will try to update this once the treatment is complete.

I walked into proback office after having 3 steroid injections, physiotherapy, osteo and seeing other chiropractors for herniated/bulged/degenerated disc and nothing helped. Proback immediately assessed my situation, took some x-rays and noted that the problems starts from the neck down, although everyone I had seen prior concentrated only on the back problem and not once did it occur to any of them that it could be more than just the back. I had started treatment straightaway with the radial shockwave and saw improvement on day one!!! After a few sessions and seeing improvements, I’ve added the spinal decompression to my treatment. I’ve improved a lot, thanks to proback. Dr. Allard does not B.S. He tells you what you need to know rather than want to hear. The front desk staff are amazing and the other staff are exceptional too. The entire staff are always cheerful. Covid precautions are well in place and I always leave there not worrying about being exposed and see improvement after each visit. Customer service is at the forefront. I am still taking treatment and will come back to give further feedback.....

During the lock-down period this year (2020) I often suffered severe sciatica pain in my right leg. It manifested itself by pain radiating down the back of the thigh and calf, the ankle and foot felt strangulated and often the sole of the foot was numb.
The team at Proback gave me an individualised treatment programme with shockwave, decompression treatment and exercises. This relieved the pain gradually and the feeling in my foot came back. It means I have my life back!
