⭐️ Review – ProbakClinic Victoria

I came to ProbakClinic Victoria in very poor condition, suffering from severe lower back pain radiating down my leg, constant backaches, and intense headaches. From the very beginning, I was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.

The entire team is incredibly attentive and welcoming. I would like to sincerely thank those who made this clinic possible — especially Managing Director Dipa Allard for leading such an exceptional place, and Senior Practitioner Yohanis Kidande for his dedication and effort in helping relieve my pain. His expertise and commitment truly made a difference in my recovery.

A heartfelt thank you as well to the wonderful receptionists — Melinda, Claudia, and the rest of the lovely front desk staff — for their constant support and warm attitude.

I'm also grateful to the team working alongside Yohanis during my treatment, especially Samra, Ayusvi, and the other kind ladies whose names I unfortunately didn’t manage to remember — but I truly appreciate each one of you.

After years of struggling with agonising lower back problems, I quite literally stumbled into the Proback Clinic — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Despite my ongoing pain and numerous visits to my local GP and hospital, no one seemed willing to address the root of my issues without resorting to painkillers or invasive surgery.

Dr. Christian Allard and his team took a completely different approach. After an X-ray, I was diagnosed with torn ligaments and herniated discs. Dr. Allard explained everything to me with clarity and precision — what was happening with my back and how best to treat the various problems.

I was prescribed Prolozone Therapy, a non-surgical regenerative injection treatment designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing process and repair damaged ligaments. Over a three-month period, I received five injections. Although the treatment was uncomfortable at times, it has worked like a magical cure for me. I’m now pain-free, walking tall, and slowly returning to my normal activities.

Throughout my treatment, Dr. Allard and his team were patient, understanding, and thoroughly professional. To finally be free of pain is a true blessing. I’m so grateful I entrusted my back care to their capable hands!

After receiving treatments including shockwave and Prolozone therapies I am no longer in permanent chronic pain for which I am profoundly grateful.
After an eventful weekend I was experiencing severe pain walking and unable to walk up stairs. I hobbled into the clinic and came out free of pain and almost striding (which is unheard of for me over the past few years). My gratitiude knows no bounds.

I have been struggling with a horrible pain in my lower back shooting down on my leg, sciatica.
I want to mention I couldn't bend forward and I couldn't sit down.
After examination Yohannis set up a treatment plan with shockwave and decompression therapy but he always adapt to the situations (thank you so much for what you are doing,very professional)
After each session my back was feeling good and all those treatments help me to be more flexible but because of hypermobility I had downfalls so we decided to talk to dr.Chris so for my case he was the game changer.
He recommended prolozone therapy and I had to admit I was very scared of the needles,but at that point pain was bigger then the fear, so I tried and I was very surprised,the whole procedure was around 20 min I was just feeling some little pinches but only at the beginning and my back pain was gone.
I couldn't believe it from the first prolozone therapy it was 85%improvement.
I can't stop saying for everyone this amazing treatment.

I was recommended to ProBack by a friend when chatting about whether to have neck surgery as the issue I had was not getting any better. My initial thought was I am not sure whether this will help any more than the treatment already provided but I have been really pleased with the results so far and the nerve pinch pain that was a constant issue rarely happens now which makes a big difference to daily activities.
There are a range of treatments available and the consultants are always checking as to what does and doesn't help as everyone is different.
Everyone I have met at the practice is very professional and friendly and do their very best to accommodate appointment times.

My name is Emőke (Amy) and I am trying to explain my whole story short. I have been searching for many years for the cause of my illnesses. In recent years my condition has been getting worse,(pain,numbness,headache,tingling etc..last month I even went to the emergency and they could not find the cause of my pain! Then one day I found this wonderful clinic, where the miracle began! I visited them, they explained in great detail over the phone what a consultation includes, what treatments they provide. During the consultation I had the opportunity to meet the clinic's most attentive doctor(to me) Yohannis, who continues to monitor my recovery process to this day, for which I am very grateful. I also had the opportunity to meet the other members of the team, starting with the reception staffs,Melinda and her lovely colleagues,they are all wonderful and helpful people! I went to proback because I had excruciating pain in my right knee
Dr Chris Allard checked me out
He recommended prolotherapy for small tear in my knee ligaments and ozone injection as well
I had three sessions in all.
There was 80th percent improvement after 1st treatment
The improvement carried on over the other two sessions
I am pain free now

First off all I want to say now I'm a pain-free sciatica and I'm very happy 😊 After 12 years of back pain and discomfort and a lot of chiropractic sessions to diferent chiropractic Clinic's I fell again like a 👶 😇😇
After I been First time to Proback and I done the initial examination and X Ray I start to follow up the treatment recommended by the doctor was two tipes of tratament required for my recovery Spinal Decompression and Shockwave terapy this tratament is start in the same day of X Ray results. After a couple of sessions I start, I feel really good. My pain is gone, and I improve my movements and sleep.
I will continue my tratament to the end . I will definitely recommend it to the other's people in need to my family and friends.

Like everyone who has gone through the pain of sciatica and lower back pain I was the one but honestly I was in bed for 10 days without being able to walk or move around.
My son was told by a professor in the university that ProBack in Victoria could be the best option for me.
Without exaggerating YES it was,that Saturday I would never forget,let alone that I walked the stairs after first session but that stress and anxiety I had,disappeared.
Arlind is one of the best people I have ever met including other members of staff,whom are very hard working and very well trained.

I have been a patient with Proback for nearly 5 years, having initially consulted with Chris during the pandemic to treat stress fractures in the lumbar region. After diagnostic tests, the problem was outlined and explained to me, followed by a treatment plan which included blocks of treatment followed by reviews. The relief and improvement was very fast with decompression and shockwave treatment and within the first 2-3 months, I had noticeably less pain and increased mobility. Over the years that I have seen Proback for maintenance treatment, I have recovered 95% of what my lower back used to feel like (in a healthy state) and can only thank Chris, Dipa and the wonderful practitioners, Abdul, Sneha, Kat, Damanie, Yohanis, along with the lovely receptionists during my time there, Melinda and Connie especially.

Dr Chris is fantastic! I went in with a torn knee ligament + am also hyper mobile in the knees (and in general),so he advised on Ozone therapy. I have suffered from really bad back pain and neck pain for two years thinking I will have to live with this. I had constant trapped nerves, loss of eye sight constant migraines ,numbness in my arms and much more. Since I have been coming to proback I have got my life back and I have none of these symptoms anymore. Having Hypermobility and a long history of injuries, tendinitis and orthopaedic surgeries I have tried everything from steroid/hyaluronic injections to acupuncture and alternatives therapies to manage pain. So it was with some skepticism that I decided to try prolotherapy and prolozone. Within 10 days of the first injections I felt a significant improvement and the results just keep getting better and better! Now doing other areas too. Very happy with result and the team are all so kind, friendly and caring.

I've been a patient at ProBack Clinic Victoria since 2022 after researching solutions for chronic back pain caused by poor posture and an old car accident that affected my neck and hip. From the first consultation with Dr. Chris, I knew I was in expert hands. My personalized plan included chiropractic adjustments, shockwave therapy, decompression, laser treatments, and daily support techniques—plus physiotherapy exercises emailed to me for ongoing progress.

Over the past 18 months, I've seen steady healing and real results not just in pain relief, but in overall mobility and well-being. As a former pro basketball player and current international referee, I came in with a body full of old injuries. Prolozone injections with Mudasir and Chris have been especially helpful in reducing inflammation,scars and improving recovery.

The staff at ProBack are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and patient. I had to reschedule many times, and every interaction especially with Mrs. Deepa at the front desk was handled with promptness and genuine care. She treats everyone like family, and that warmth makes a huge difference in the healing journey.

One important reminder: healing takes time. Don’t expect decades of pain to disappear in one or two visits. With commitment, patience and support, though efforts , it is possible.

Chris is nothing short of amazing in looking after his clients. It's been a long road for me and I've suffered with chronic back pain after nearly dying during childbirth. Do not waste your time going elsewhere .. Proback are completely exceptional and offer the best treatments in my opinion on back pain. Take my advice as I have been around town looking for solutions. I'm so glad I've found them and would recommend them without any doubt.

Had an excellent experience after attending with acute back pain. The bonus of having X-rays done on site before and at the end of the treatment was a real winner to see the progress made. The treatment and support/advice through my programme was first class. Highly recommend

The back clinic did help me feel better than I used to. I did not fully recover but I now feel a little more flexible in the back and hips.

I had a bad back for six months. After four months I went to Proback. I undertook four sessions of receiving Prolozone treatment after being advised by Dr Chris. Naturally I went away an researched it before I was given Prolozone treatment. I basically have been like an old man for 4-6 months, not even wanting to sit down. I now feel like a young man (which I am not!), and have got my enthusiasm for everything back. I must be honest and admit that I do not fully understand Prolozone, but trusted Dr Chris and in summary I think it livened up the considerable scar tissue in my many muscles and ligaments.
