It took someone I met at Proback clinic office at Victoria who had tried the therapy and treatment before to convince me to begin. I gathered the courage to pay the full cost for the treatment and I have never regretted.

Indeed they have fixed me well. The initial lower back pain I took there has reduced to nothing due to how good they carry out their treatment with me. Step by step I am coming out completely of my back suffering. The little pain left now is as a result of my inconsistency of following the instructions and exercises they challenge me to do.

I can absolutely confirm that the therapy and treatment Proback offers work. I can boldly recommend it to everyone suffering from any spinal or back pain to contact them for help. Book for your initial test and pursue for the treatment to get excellent results.

How can I put it in words my experience with Proback Clinic?,maybe saying my life was a nightmare of lower back pain and after years trying several therapy and doctors without an improvement of my problem, I found out about ProBack and I remember l went desperate for a solution of my problem and I FOUND IT. I highly recommend proback clinic! All the staff is Very professional and friendly! I've been visiting clinic for over 2 months and I couldn't be happier with the results. I did mixture of decompression, shockwave and laser therapy for my lumbar area and the results within 2 months are amazing. I don't want to go too much into details in regards my lower back issues but I was in pain 24/7 and very poor sleeping pattern. After 2 months of therapy I have no more pain, much improved mobility and I can finally enjoy a good sleep! I still have to use orthotics cushions for another 2 months and home exercises to improve my posture and strengthen my back but I can enjoy my everyday life now which is priceless! I wanna say special thank you to my practitioner Yohanis! I feel like he went extra mile for me but I'm sure this is how he treat every patient. I had a treatment therapy at Proback and I am delighted to say that it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was very impressed by their services and courtesey.
The scan carried out at Proback showed multiple issues on the spine including a herniated disc.
Before I started treatment, I was unable to put my feet down or sit not even for 5 minutes. The pain was just unbearable. Now I don't feel any pain on the herniated disc, as if the herniation had never been there before, and I can do almost everything, even cycling!
I received a treatment combination of decompression and shockwave therapy, together with orthotic cushions and some special exercises to do at home to correct the spine anomalies.
The staff there are very professional and are genuinely committed to what they do. They not only treat the symptoms, they actually treat the root or the underlying cause of the pain which I quite like!
A big thank you to everyone who has contributed to this wonderful journey, esp Arlind, Olly and Hannah who genuinely care about their patients and do everything they can to ensure the patient is comfortable, fully recovering and pain-free. I have experienced massive improvement and dramatic change which I am very grateful for and I am hoping I will continue to live pain-free for years to come.

I can honestly say that ProBack has changed my life, before I found them I was in really bad shape. I felt like an old man at 21 years old, I've been to many different chiropractors and I've gone to the NHS for help. Unfortunately for me that did nothing but make things worse as time went on, nonetheless I didn't give up on getting back to full fitness which I'm still doing. After just one shockwave therapy session I felt more normal than I can even remember, then after 12 of those sessions; bearing in mind that I was being active by stretching and exercising, I felt young again. I definitely recommend trying them out, it will be worth your time and money!

I was after an effective treatment/specialised therapy for my very painful and tense back & neck caused by long hours sitting at a Desk. I have been seeing the ProBack team at Victoria for a few months now, with great results! Their radial shockwave therapy along with their K-Laser & Cupping Therapy is excellent. They were able to hit all the problem areas in my back effectively. On top of this, the combination of their knowledge, spinal orthotics and exercises have proven very efficient. I have been regularly attending the Proback Clinic in Victoria for 3 months now with excellent results.
After carrying a slip disk injury for many years and patching it up from time to time with
sessions of osteopathy's massages and a lot of tablets , unable to attend my job regularly
(retail that includes long hours of walking and standing) I finally decided to go for something
more.
From the assessment and the initial X rays I was diagnosed with severe chronic lumbar dysfunction by degenerative disc disease and recommended a course of shockwaves therapy
and spinal decompressions.
I must say that very quickly I felt much better, able to walk straight with much more freedom in my movements and not so much pain.
At today after attending all sessions of the treatment and constantly following the exercises
given I can honestly say I feel like a new person and definitely much younger that my 63s
I HIGHLY recommend everyone at the clinic, from the very friendly and efficient ladies in reception, to Sam who attended at most of my decompression sessions, to Hannah who is extremely skilful at the shockwaves, and of course a big THANKYOU to Arlind who follow me from moment one and is very professional and knowledge.

Firstly, the staff are very welcoming and positive. The work done by this practice gives great results and has helped me start to recover from sciatica. My pain has hugely reduced since my first appointment of shockwave therapy and treatments are handled with care. I have been suffering from excruciating sciatic pain for weeks due to a prolapsed lumber disc (L5/S1). I have pretty much been told from my consultant that I would need surgery to recover and I have been feeling stressed, anxious and have been on so many painkillers just to try and manage the pain.
I was recommended I contact Proback by a friend, who’s family have been going to them over the years for various neck and back problems.
I got in touch with Proback in Victoria and went in for an assessment.
After the assessment they also took neck and back x-rays. I went back the next day to get my results and to hear Dr Chris’ thoughts on how/if he thought he could help. He went into much detail and made everything very clear on the state of my condition and through the neck x-rays he also discovered that I have degenerative disc disorder in my neck (I had only previously had an MRI scan of my back so this was new information). I found him to be very passionate, open and honest. He told me he thought I had a “fair” chance of being able to recover naturally so potentially avoiding surgery, if this wasn’t the case then at least he could help with pain relief and if I did need surgery further down the line my body would be in a much better place to heal quicker after an operation. When I heard I had a chance of healing to avoid surgery I had to go for it and I was given an 18 week treatment plan.
I have been having a combination of decompression, shock wave and laser therapies and rehab exercises will also be introduced in later weeks. I have now just finished my 3rd week where I had another assessment to check how I was doing. I was told I was responding well to treatment and the prognosis has now gone up from “fair” to “good”. I can’t express how grateful and happy I am. In just 3 weeks I am already feeling the benefits and have started to have a reduction in pain; feeling more comfortable, mobile and energised for longer periods at a time. I have also been able to start lowering the painkillers I am taking and sleeping better. In such a short time my quality of life has already improved. I know I still have a very long way to go but coming into the clinic is the highlight of my week and I am feeling really positive for the first time since the start of my condition, which in itself i know is helping with my recovery. I can not praise the Proback team enough, everyone is so professional and personable. A special thank you to Dr Chris for his guidance through my treatment plan and his therapy work, I know I am in a safe pair of hands. Also a big thanks to the wonderful Sneha for her treatments and also Abdul. You feel there is genuine care from all at the clinic for you to get better and they create an easy and friendly atmosphere. The treatment I have been getting has really helped me, my daughter and my son. I have been seeing improvements in my back and neck. Chiropractor Dr Chris and other staff members has been very professional and kind towards me and my children. I have been suffering from lower back pain which stopped me from bending forwards and cleaning or picking something up also dizziness. Being in this clinic has really improved my heath. My daughter has been suffering from not being able to fall asleep and back pain and the shockwaves are really helping improve her sleeping schedule. My son has been complaining about lower back pain when he wakes up in the morning and when he is running and the shockwave therapy has really helped him too. Thank you all !!!

We are currently around 10-12 weeks into the treatment.
The practitioners are very knowledgeable and good at what they do. They explain things very well and are more than happy to answer my endless questions!
In the initial 3-4 weeks, the focus was to reduce the amount of lower back pain by relaxing the muscles in that area and treating imbalances through shockwave therapy. This was very successful and I noticed differences within the first few sessions.
Since then, the emphasis has been more geared towards postural correction (elimination of anterior pelvic tilt and optimizing the spinal curvature). This was done through a continuation of shockwave therapy, activation exercises and the use of a back support cushion. It's a bit more difficult to evaluate progress on this without a second set of x-rays but I've found my mobility and movement patterns to be better in the gym.
I will try to update this once the treatment is complete.

I was so impressed with my treatment. The analysis of the issue is really comprehensive, and the team treat you with real care. The shockwave therapy worked wonders for me, I had been having spasms down my back which have since completely disappeared, and the curvature in my neck has almost completely corrected now. I still have some RSI-related nerve pain in my wrist but we're working on it and it's definitely improving over time. Arlind is incredibly knowledgeable and I really like that he explains what's going on in my body and what he is doing to address it. His supporting team have also been excellent, really friendly and evidently very highly skilled. I also thought the pricing was very reasonable.

I went in there initially for a consultation and an X-Ray due to having severe sciatica pain on my left leg for several weeks due to having a bad back.

Since then, I have undergone two treatments shock therapy and spinal decompression, within a short amount of time i have seen a significant change. The treatments have reduced the pain and it has improved my mobility/movement and sleep.

The staff at the clinic are welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Daniel one of the practitioners who has monitored my progress since the beginning of my treatments and Melinda at the front desk for always being helpful and friendly.

This place seems like a bit of a scam. You don’t see the actual chiropractor, but what they refer to as a ‘specialist’ who does not have a clinical degree (be sure to ask them what clinical degrees they have). They ‘diagnosis’ and ‘treat’ you by suggesting an exorbitant amount of sessions. Shockwave therapy should not take more than 6 sessions to work! The receptionists read from a script on the computer screen to assist in convincing you that their treatments work. Stay well clear and take any recommendations with a huge pinch of salt.

Had an amazing experience @Proback. I have had back pain for over 10 years whuch I developed over the years as an athlete and I have attended a few physio/chiropractic clinics + tried various therapies including deep tissue massage, acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments to no avail.

I'd just like to recommend the treatments offered @Proback for anyone who suffers from back pain and has yet to try radial shockwave therapy and/or spinal decompression. Since I started my treatment @Proback 6 months ago, I have noticed a massive improvement in my condition. Whilst I would admit that healing is a processing and everyone's situation is unique, the treatment that I have received here has really helped to alievate my back pain and improved my condition.

Also all the staff @Proback are amazing, very helpful and highly professional. And customer service is excellent. The interesting thing is, I came across Proback in the Metro newspaper and I read no review, I just wanted an alternative therapy since nothing I have tried in the past seems to be effective. But following my experience @Proback, I will advice anyone reading this review who wants to see results to definitely visit Proback.

Proback Clinic is Amazing!!!! When I first visited the clinic I was desperate and felt suicidal at times, because of the pain I was in. I have been to sooo many different places and never really got any help with the pain. Then I saw a video online about Proback and thought I'd try it, And thats when I met Dr Chris!!!!! This man is so skilled in what he does and I love how confident he is. He first recommended shockwave therapy because I had scar tissue built up, So we started that and it worked really well on my neck but not as well on my lower back. We spoke about it and he decided let's try Decompression on it and it really has improved I couldn't believe how better I felt!!!! So we now do shockwave Therapy on my neck and Decompression on my lower back. And dont get me wrong I'm not completely pain free but its a massive improvement, Which I was at a point where I didn't believe anyone could help me. And yes it isn't cheap but at the same time most back problems can't be fixed overnight it does take time and it does cost!
I am so glad I found this place, All the staff are so lovely and skilled. And the manager Dipa has the best customer service I've ever come across, She cannot do enough for you!!! What I'm trying to say is I would 10000% recommend proback they are great!!!!

Well, I read all the reviews after being asked if I would write a review. I was flabbergasted at the bad experiences of some. I must say, I cannot relate to them at all!

My experience of ProBack has been a God send. I am 40 and thought my back pain was my demise to my end and what was install for me as I grew older. I went from an active women to not even being able to walk down the steps, get out of bed, get in or out the shower, use the toilet or get in or out my car and walk the short distance to work. I even started researching disability benefits and rejigging my finances as I thought at some point in the near future I would be unable to work again.

The pain was so excruciating and scary as it seemed to have come out of nowhere. No matter how many times I went to my GP they had no explanation for the pain. After a MRI scan, they even said I was fine and should just take pain killers! Was this it for me I thought?! It was at that point I decided to research back pain specialist clinics. Initially I tried a Chiropractor, but I was in too much pain, so the practitioner was unable to carry out any therapy.

Then! Thanks to modern technology! Those once annoying pop-up adverts popped up with a ProBack ad. I was so intrigued that I watched the whole advert, I even clicked onto the YouTube link which showed a lady in pain, who could not walk properly and later showed her walking. I straight away took advantage of the £60 initial consultation and had an X-ray done. Following the X-ray, you could visually see what my issue was. My neck was not straight and lower back was inflamed due to an issue with my lower disc.

That alone I was happy that someone found something wrong with me. After 2 sessions of shock wave therapy and laser therapy, I was like a new person. I still had pain but nothing like before. I am now 12 treatments in and at times, I even forget my previous self. I am getting out of bed like normal, going up and down the steps without even realising I couldn’t do that months ago. I’m now walking down the street like a spring chicken (slight exaggeration but you get the point). I used to walk to the shop and if the pavement wasn’t straight, I would miss a step and my back pain would cause me to stop in the middle of the street. I would have to stop and wait for the sharpness of the pain to leave before continuing my journey.

Now I’m literally like my former self - whether the pavement is straight or not I’m perfectly fine as the pain is virtually gone.

I love dancing, I cannot dance like how are used to as I can still feel a twinge of pain, but I cannot wait for the next 12 treatment. I have all the faith in ProBack. The staff have been brilliant. I’ve had no issues with their customer service at all. All are very attentive and listen and answer questions and are very polite and friendly.

This experience has been life changing for me. I can’t believe at one point I was prepared to live with this pain as I thought there was no hope (according to my GP).

I thank pro back so much and I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me. They have change my life by giving me hope again for my future and more importantly, they have given me my health back.

I’ve had great results from my treatment at Proback! After increasing pain in my back and loss of mobility I began a course of shockwave therapy as the NHS have consistently refused to help. Over the course of my treatment I have reduced my pain from a point of agony all day and barely being able to bend over to the least pain I’ve had in my back in many years.
Like most treatments, it’s no one-off miracle cure but I have felt steady progression.
The staff at pro back have always been extremely caring and pleasant, making me feel very welcome. Whilst my back and neck have been the focus of my treatment, they have always given attention to other areas of my body when I’ve been suffering as a result of sports/exercise.
I’d highly recommend those with back or neck pain to visit pro-back as I believe it’s a far more effective and speedy process than physios or massage.
