I went in there initially for a consultation and an X-Ray due to having severe sciatica pain on my left leg for several weeks due to having a bad back.

Since then, I have undergone two treatments shock therapy and spinal decompression, within a short amount of time i have seen a significant change. The treatments have reduced the pain and it has improved my mobility/movement and sleep.

The staff at the clinic are welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Daniel one of the practitioners who has monitored my progress since the beginning of my treatments and Melinda at the front desk for always being helpful and friendly.

Had an amazing experience @Proback. I have had back pain for over 10 years whuch I developed over the years as an athlete and I have attended a few physio/chiropractic clinics + tried various therapies including deep tissue massage, acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments to no avail.

I'd just like to recommend the treatments offered @Proback for anyone who suffers from back pain and has yet to try radial shockwave therapy and/or spinal decompression. Since I started my treatment @Proback 6 months ago, I have noticed a massive improvement in my condition. Whilst I would admit that healing is a processing and everyone's situation is unique, the treatment that I have received here has really helped to alievate my back pain and improved my condition.

Also all the staff @Proback are amazing, very helpful and highly professional. And customer service is excellent. The interesting thing is, I came across Proback in the Metro newspaper and I read no review, I just wanted an alternative therapy since nothing I have tried in the past seems to be effective. But following my experience @Proback, I will advice anyone reading this review who wants to see results to definitely visit Proback.

Proback Clinic is Amazing!!!! When I first visited the clinic I was desperate and felt suicidal at times, because of the pain I was in. I have been to sooo many different places and never really got any help with the pain. Then I saw a video online about Proback and thought I'd try it, And thats when I met Dr Chris!!!!! This man is so skilled in what he does and I love how confident he is. He first recommended shockwave therapy because I had scar tissue built up, So we started that and it worked really well on my neck but not as well on my lower back. We spoke about it and he decided let's try Decompression on it and it really has improved I couldn't believe how better I felt!!!! So we now do shockwave Therapy on my neck and Decompression on my lower back. And dont get me wrong I'm not completely pain free but its a massive improvement, Which I was at a point where I didn't believe anyone could help me. And yes it isn't cheap but at the same time most back problems can't be fixed overnight it does take time and it does cost!
I am so glad I found this place, All the staff are so lovely and skilled. And the manager Dipa has the best customer service I've ever come across, She cannot do enough for you!!! What I'm trying to say is I would 10000% recommend proback they are great!!!!

Excellent clinic! 24 year old male, came to Proback in early July with a previous diagnosis of two herniated discs from several sports injuries causing me severe, chronic pain.
Had an X-ray and examination taken at Proback and was offered decompression and shockwave treatments. I started feeling better from the first session and am pain free at the time of writing. Dr Allard (Chris) takes a holistic approach - treating the causes of the pain, not just the symptoms. The rest of the team are absolutely lovely, as well, and super attentive.

The Pro Back clinic has been a life changing experience.
20 minutes of shockwave therapy clears inflammation and restores more range of movement than a yoga session and 1.5 hour sports massage.
As the treatment gets more effective with the inclusion of spinal corrective movements and tools, I find that sensitivity has returned to all of my extremities. This has also made a difference to how food tastes, much more enjoyable.
A heartfelt Thank You to all of the team. Life looks much more positive for the future.

After being misdiagnosed with spinal stenosis and the only advice I got from NHS was given to me, to go on YouTube to do some exercises,but I was getting at the end of my tether my husband looked on line and found proback clinic,so I had a consultation and xrays, I came back the following day to see Dr Chris and he told me I didn't have spinal stenosis I had scoliosis,I've had 7 treatments now and it's the best I've felt in a year and half, all the staff are are brilliant they make you very welcome and they care for there patients,I feel like I'm getting better and with the help of all the staff it's onwards and upwards for me, thank you proback

I was attending ProBack Victoria before the lockdown, for decompression. Damanie was my consultant there, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to go through each step of my treatment plan and after each session he would explain how I would progress.

They then closed during lockdown but ProBack City opened during COVID-19 Dipa called me to inform me it was open and went through all the protocols, they had put in place to make sure it was safe for me to continue my treatment. This was my biggest worry. She was very friendly and informative.

On arrival I was welcomed by Dipa and Melinda who were very enthusiastic and demonstrated good people skills. The ProBack city team ensured you have your temperature taken, wear a mask and gloves.

Arlind was my new consultant and he already new my treatment plan and what the next steps were, before meeting me. He demonstrated good knowledge of the treatment he was giving me and in his own time researched how to support me best. As I am an athlete training for the Olympics.

They all wore PPE, and I witnessed them continuously cleaning all the equipment. Arlind, Dipa and Melinda have made this experience safe and stress free during COVID-19.I previously I was Attending twice a week, but then it was cut down to once a week. As I made so much progress and my back is even stronger than before. This is down to the teams experience and I can not thank them enough.

Hi if your reading this your life could be about to change.6 weeks ago I was in 100% pain 100 % day and night from my neck right down to my ankle on my left side, I didn't know what to do there was a 6 month wait just to see a dr at the hospital how long for treatment.
I meet Sam and had a consultation and x rays next day I knew I had spondylitis not only that but I started treatment - shockwave and decompression treatment that day. next day something had changed I couldn't say what but it had. I am half way thru my treatment and have 10% now and then not all day who knows what the next weeks will bring

If Your in pain YOU CANNOT not have the intial consultation we can all afford £60 for the sake of our health

The only reason I haven't added the last star is that I haven't finished the treatment programme yet!

(Sorry if this is a long review, simply writing that they are great is not enough!)

As for now - I am halfway through the 9 week therapy programme to heal, stabilise and improve my strength after having 2 bulging discs at the beginning of summer.
In the past I have seen chiropractors, physio therapists, joined Pilates and generally tried a good amount of "short term" fixes which have ultimately ended in my needing to keep up regular exercises and good posture independently. All have been good but I am feeling particularly confident with ProBack as they have been balancing therapy sessions with encouraging exercises in a friendly manner; building my strength back slowly and with confidence.
If you are ever worried about the cost involved in Decompression therapy of Shock-Wave therapy then rethink it - Would you rather a short term cost to rejuvenate and get your life back on track or run the risk of longer term cost of surgery effecting time spent at work, with children, doing the things you love? I cycle to work and the cost involved in having to drive, alone, is annoying - ProBack are giving me the opportunity to cut this cost sooner and permanently (assuming I also put the work in to keep up my strength and stability!)

I had a really bad experience with this clinic which based its first attention to gain profits and not to provide the required care for the vulnerable patients. During the assessment session a plan of treatment was given as I have upper and lower disk prolapse and degenerative wears and tears. My first treatment session supposed to concentrate on both areas ( neck and lower back) by making a spinal decompression treatment for both areas , I paid in advance for that but unfortunately the fist treatment session was really bad and disappointed as they gave me only 15 minutes decompression treatment for the neck only and left unattended during the session, no attention, no explanation and no privacy. After that I told them to speak with the manager because I'm not happy and this is really beyond my expectation and dose not worth that amount of money that I have paid, I have been informed that the manager is busy I did wait but also told me she still busy and the other members started to occupy this position and gave unwarranted explanations as a result I left the clinic totally dissatisfied for this not professional treatment and not respectable behaviours of the staff.

In early 2019, I consulted Proback Victoria over two long-term back issues I had been suffering; spinal stenosis and degenerative disc disease/multiple herniation with classic sciatic pain. These are essentially advanced wear & tear, age-related rather than injury. After an examination including X rays, they recommended their advertised ‘de-compression therapy’ which I then undertook over a 6 week period (I also briefly tried ‘percussion therapy’ but that had only minimal effect). Although there was no recognisable benefit to the stenosis (which I was not really expecting anyway and I have now had treated by another means) the de-compression certainly helped the underlying problem with the discs. After a few weeks, I noticed greater flexibility in my lower back generally and bending has significantly improved with less compaction & stiffness. This overall improvement has continued in the month since I completed the therapy and there has been a 90% reduction in pain while walking.

Overall, Proback’s de-compression worked well for me. I can see that it is not going to work for all back complaints but it does at least offer a possibility of re-generating/healing the spinal discs so is worth trying for anyone with similar pain. The therapy was not cheap but the benefit has been worth every penny. The staff were all very friendly too, as other reviewers have commented.

If you are in pain, want greater mobility/ flexibility, want to maintain a healthy lifestyle you have to check out Proback Victoria!

The type of chiropractic is different from others, they don't do adjustments instead they use technology such as laser, radial shockwave and decompression equipment to improve your health. Before any treatment happens, they do a neurological test and x-ray which unable the practitioner to identify any issue with your back and neck, once they have discussed with you all treatment options then you are ready to start with your journey to recovery.

All the practitioners are excellent they make sure you are comfortable with the treatments and help you understand what to expect before proceeding with the therapy. In particular I would recommend Maria Georgiu, she is phenomenal!!! Maria has shown to be very experienced and knowledgeable, genuinely passionate about her work, she definitely practices top class customer service (I say that because I worked as Customer Service Manager for many years).

I've only had two treatments so far but it has already made a massive difference. Huge thanks to Dr Christian Allard and his team for developing this fantastic treatment (Radial Shockwave Therapy and Spinal Decompression), all delivered with immaculate professionalism and positivism.

I went to Proback Lombard Street as I had trouble lifting my left arm and was in a lot of pain. With the help of Dr. Christian Allard and Enes, I am painfree. I was treated with shock waves, taping, massages and laser. I also suffered with Siatica and received decompression treatment.

I have suffered from pain in the neck and lower back for over 20 years. Since attending Proback Clinic where I am looked after by Sam and Henry and staff I am no longer in pain. I had not been able to pursue normal daily activities without help for over a year. Now I am back to power walking. Sam informed me as I was aware that my cervical issues will need long term treatment as it had become chronic. I am still in early stages of my treatment. Sam and Henry and all the staff are fantastic, they all know and remember my name!!!. They are very helpfull, friendly and welcoming. I could walk upright and firm after by first shockwave and decompression treatment. The clinic is conveniently located near to Cannon Street station in a very clean area. I highly recommend Proback Clinic.

When I was hit by Sciatic nerve pain in Jan 2018, I visited my local Chiropractor and was informed there were limited options outside of surgery and that I would pretty much have to live with it. The pin was constant and intolerable so I looked further afield and came across Pro Back in London. A long story short, a combination of spinal decompression, electroshock therapy, stretching and the use of orthotics, means I am now pain free and my back feels better than it has in the past decade. Many thanks to Reece and his colleagues for literally changing my life.

Attended proback, after seeing adversments in the metro, and special offer on consultaion and x-rays. Had 4 sessions of treatment that was recommended for me , staff were friendly and very attentive, but for the treatment (decompression and shockwave) l felt no different pain wise, and at £170 a session, l wasn't willing to pay anymore money, maybe if l would have kept up with the full amount of treatment recommended, l may of seen results, but can't afford to throw away £2300
