The staff are very friendly and helpful, I had problem walking and standing for too long and sleepless night they tell me the best treatment for my joint pain I have Shockwave and prolozone it helps my joint now I sleep very well in I can't stop thanking them for they help in my recovery

Firstly, I would like to thank Dr Christian Allard and his gorgeous wife Dipa Allard, for founding this clinic and for having such an awesome team of specialists.

My journey with Proback, Victoria, began at the end of May 2024, and I will arrive at the end of my treatment by the end of October.
I received shock-wave and decompression treatments for sciatica and spinal realignment.

My journey began with my desperate search for someone who could help rid my body of the sciatica I had been experiencing for a number of years. Prior to discovering Proback, I had tried various therapies and treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture, physiotherapy, deep tissue massages and even reiki. None of said treatments helped for long and I found myself living with constant leg, hip and lower back pain.
After my initial consultation with Proback, I knew I had made the right call; because at Proback, your initial consultation includes two visits: first you have your x-rays taken, secondly you see the results of said x-rays and have a discussion with a specialist.
This is where I had a major epiphany! When I saw my x-rays my jaw dropped because I was then able to see the condition of my spine which clarified the problems I was experiencing with my body. More than that, after my consultation with Probacks Managing Practitioner, Mr Arlind Cela, I reached a better understanding of where my pain was coming from. Mr Cela is no ordinary practitioner; this man is a miracle worker when it comes to the body and mind: I have had psychotherapy and counselling over the years owing to PTSD and NO OTHER specialist has been able to do for my body and mind what Arlind Cela has done. In fact, every multi-disciplined practitioner I came into contact with at Proback, seemed to have something magical about them, so much so that after a few occasions of having
Mr Shola Adedo provide me with shock-wave therapy, I requested to have him as a constant because he just seemed to know were my discomfort was every time I saw him...he's like a savant!! And everyone who works at Proback Victoria, are honestly lovely, kind, patient and generous.

To say that Proback gave me my body and mind back is no overstatement: Arlind Cela, Shola Adedo, Ophelia, Damanie and Dimitar are among the team of amazing specialists that are literally worth more than gold! I have gone from experiencing discomfort in my yoga classes to (now) being able to participate in yoga, pilates, spin, core and even zumba and I LOVE IT!!
life can be so joyless when we experience spinal, joint and hip ailments and it is crazy to think that some people believe that they have to live with it owing to a physical defect, age or wear and tear but Proback clinic proves that we do not have to live with our pain; something CAN be done about it and there are specialist out there to help us improve our quality of life. I am so grateful to have discovered Proback Victoria because they have provided me with a new way of treating my mind and body and have given me a refreshed spirit for life. when i first got there my movement was extremely limited, pain in most places and could barely move at all. I had extreme back pain and joint pain. The team there were extremely welcoming and helpful, so much so that before i even had my last session i was feeling a million times better than i was originally. thank you to the whole team.

I have been regularly attending the Proback Clinic in Victoria for 3 months now with excellent results.
After carrying a slip disk injury for many years and patching it up from time to time with
sessions of osteopathy's massages and a lot of tablets , unable to attend my job regularly
(retail that includes long hours of walking and standing) I finally decided to go for something
more.
From the assessment and the initial X rays I was diagnosed with severe chronic lumbar dysfunction by degenerative disc disease and recommended a course of shockwaves therapy
and spinal decompressions.
I must say that very quickly I felt much better, able to walk straight with much more freedom in my movements and not so much pain.
At today after attending all sessions of the treatment and constantly following the exercises
given I can honestly say I feel like a new person and definitely much younger that my 63s
I HIGHLY recommend everyone at the clinic, from the very friendly and efficient ladies in reception, to Sam who attended at most of my decompression sessions, to Hannah who is extremely skilful at the shockwaves, and of course a big THANKYOU to Arlind who follow me from moment one and is very professional and knowledge.
My journey still carries on in order to reach optimal status with my health which I have no doubts I will achieve as I am in care of the best professionals in London.

My Last Destination...I have had a neck and back pain for over 20 years and I have been to more than 50 consultants of different profession who claim to help with muscle and joint pain and all I did was throw money out of the window. I resorted to the fact that I had to live with that pain until I came across Proback. When I read about their techniques and equipment they use, it made sense to me to pay them a visit. What surprised me most is the deep assessment they carry out before they even touch you whilst the others just guess where feel painful area is and start giving treatment straight away. The assessment included an X-ray and many different type of poses which you have to carry out as well as a discussion around your lifestyle. Having the assessment for me was the most comfortable move as it showed where the problem is and the good thing everything is done in-house and there was no need to book an X-ray with a hospital and waste my time. Since I carried my pain for over 20 years it was not going to be a straight forward job and I was told that it will take time to gain some relief which I was prepared for. Having religiously visited the clinic for 3 months now, I can happily say that I have started seeing some improvement which I was not able to do for 20 years and I am sure it will only get better. Stop wasting your money and go to Proback. Most importantly at the clinic, every single person is professional and know what they are doing. I am extremely happy I came across Proback because like I said, this was my last destination
