Protrain Reviews 

Product was a little late and when I contacted Protrain they sent it out and added 1 .5kg extra and apologised.
My dog is really fussy but is eating this dog food without a fuss

Nice product, but beware of slow shipping times. I reached out to the company to check my order was en route which it was, and eventually delivered within the promised time window, however it took a week and a half to arrive from the point of order. They refunded me shipping as a gesture of goodwill, so can’t fault the customer service - but you’d currently need to go elsewhere if in a rush (I understand they are looking to improve in the future)

Much the same as the review below. Ordered £30 worth of treats on the 22nd June. Have heard and received nothing since. Sent some emails - mainly ignored. They must have bothered reading one email to cancel my order, as i had an “Order cancelled, but you have not been refunded yet” - genius email!
Sent another email asking about the refund, and again, havent heard anything.
Have contacted my bank and notified Trading Standards, as this is obviously a scam
AVOID!

Update to their response: i have provided all the details of my order with this company, so they are lying in their response below. I have had to apply for a Chargeback from my bank (which was accepted). I have also now eacalated to Trustpilot with evidence of my order, of my chargeback, and all the unaswered emails from this company. You also only have to read the first review below, which said exactly the same thing as me. Maybe reply to your customers (or deliver their goods!), instead of waiting almost 3 months to reply on here instead!

Ordered goods on 22nd of june still not dispatched no reply to numerous emails believe this is a scam company . Happy to take review down once you refund my money or at least reply.

In response to your reply and trying 2 flag my comment waiting 2 weeks with no sign of dispatch ignoring all emails for refund and replying only after trust pilot comment and still took another week to refund is not a bribe its trying to get my money back for a product not sent and ignored. I understand you are prob a drop shipping company but replying to your customers is a good start to keeping customers, and as for 75% 1 star is because unfortunately like many other people who have no where to turn we go on to review sites to warn other people of bad experiences not to slander but to let other customers know of potential risks of buying with certain companies. If your customer service and buisness process and ethics have improved since last time then i truly wish u the best on your endeavours if not then well ?
