Don't buy here—it's a scam. If you ask for a refund, they won't give it to you. And I HOPE THEY MAKE IT CLEAR IN THE CHECKOUT THAT YOU HAVE TO SEND THEM A PHOTO OF YOURSELF SMILING WITH YOUR ID FOR A MERE $10.
This website is an obvious scam and I’m here to warn people about it, no matter what they replied to people’s reviews their bullshit bullshitting they want you to provide:They basically then told me to provide the last four digits of a credit card. A government issued photo ID a photo of you holding the card with your face visible. and when you pay for it, it comes up with an internal server error which then you make a ticket about or try contacting them about and they tell you to do that stay away
I've been using the service for many years, support is available 24/7, and have had no major issues.
Attempted multiple times to purchase a bare metal server from them. Even contacted sales. Agreed to the contract but shortly after they simply canceled because apparently they "couldn't verify my identity". They never asked for any verification documents but simply canceled the service. Had to chargeback through my credit card since they did in fact charge me for service they never provided.
RamNode has been a customer of Psychz for years. We currently use them for DDoS protection in four of our regions. Very reliable service and excellent support.
