Super goede bediening

First of all quick on the Keyserlei. 1. Je order and they bring it to the table. So many homeless inside begging 4 rood, by the time you go and get your drink and you come back to the table your burger is gone 2. Sometimes they walk around but don't look properly and then you just sitte her while they put the food back on the counter. All in all quick has lost all his golden years.

This place gets so many bad reviews I don't expect mine to make any difference. I visited this month and the first obstacle is you have to order via a machine with no help for those who can't or need assistance. This was the first cost cutting strategy. The seating area is on the next floor so we went up there. The tables were dirty and getting them cleaned was a real struggle. The food eventually arrived and you are given two containers for your drink which you then have to go down to the ground floor to fill up. Another cost cutting, customer un-friendly strategy. After the meal you are expected to dispose of all of the packaging yourself. The third cost cutting strategy. Finally, a visit to the toilet. If you want to use the toilet you have to pay and get past the babooshka sitting at the entrance. No exception for things like customers who have just bought a meal for four. This place is truly appalling. The food didn't match the photos either. Avoid this chain, if you can or have ages for lunch.

What an abomination of a burger this was... A bun not even resembling a bouchée, slapped together by a neanderthal, held together something that should mimic vol au vent.

You should be very ashamed of yourself for serving something like this. Do you even sleep at night?

Just adding: I had the Volo-burger. If a dog ate vol au vent 3 years ago and sh*t in an unbaked bouchée from Boni, it would still have been at least 7,3 times better than this...

A place to avoid at all costs! The Quick at Place Louise (Ixelles-Brussels) should be closed as soon as possible! The staff is completely incompetent, thieves and liars! What's more, they are unpleasant, vulgar, rude and disrespectful! The hygiene is deplorable, it's dirty everywhere and smells terrible! Don't go there again!!!

The quality is super terrible! I had a veggie burger and I kept vomitting the whole night because of that!

My chicken burger was delicious and carefully made, simply perfect. The french fries we're not overcooked, too salty or swimming in oil. Also, the guy which took my order was kind and smiling. Will definitely visit again!
