Late last year I purchased a bottle of Qunol Extra Strength Turmeric with Curcumin Complex. I took two every morning for one month. When finished I didn't feel any better than I did before I started.

Qunol Mg glycinate a FRAUD

Qunol ultra CoQ10 caused very upset stomach.
Their Mg glycinate is falsely labelled, with much of it Mg oxide, which is useless. Only 1 or2%is absorbed by the body, but they put it in their product without labeling it.As soon as I began using it, all my muscle pains and spasms returned, which the previous Mg glycinate pils from a reputable company had eliminated. Qunol is currently being sued in California (class action) over this fraud.

Lousy customer service/no health benefit.

There product tastes good, but after having used both the coq10 and turmeric gummies for over a year I got zero health benefits from them.
And their customer service is absolute garbage. I bought numerous bottles at once and by the time I opened the third bottle I no longer had the receipt. Unfortunatley when I opened the bottle I saw that the safety seal had been ripped in half, having been tampered with. I wasn’t comfortable eating them so I reached out to Qunol. They refused to help in any way, even when I swore to never purchase their products again. Shameful. For a $12 replacement they were willing to fluff off a regular customer. Good riddance.

Ubiquinol has horrible perfume smell

Ordered 2 pack of Ubiquinol 100mg. Both containers have a horrible, really offensive perfume odor. Contacted CS a few days ago... just for reassurance that my next purchase is most likely odor free... no response.

The company would not honor the 20% off…

The company would not honor the 20% off discount coupon offered. I sent the coupon code. Unfortunately, Qunol engages in the practice of having an unclear default setting for subscriptions. As soon as I realized that was the case, I canceled subscriptions immediately and placed order as a first time customer for the individual products as I first intended. I email customer service with the discount code letting them know that I had not received the 20% off (and that I had canceled any subscriptions), unt, Frank at customer service instead ignored the comment about canceling the subscriptions and said the 20% was not valid on subscription orders. When I clarified again that I was not a subscriber and only placed a first time one time order and was asking for a the 20%, there was no reply, only a myriad of emails trying to sell more product. As now seen in other reviews, Qunol's customer service is not only not focused on serving the customer, but is more concerned with avoiding honoring their promotional discount than with keeping my business. I am still waiting for the full refund and unfortunately can no longer honor Qunol with my business or recommend it to others.

I ordered Qunol gummy magnesium from their website. When I received the order in June of 2026, the expiration date on the bottom of the bottle was June 2026. I contacted via email Qunol and attached a picture of the bottom of the bottle. It took three days for them to respond and provide a refund.

I purchased Qunol Berberine and was…

I purchased Qunol Berberine and was very disappointed with the taste. I understand supplements are not always pleasant, but this one has an extremely strong, bitter flavor that lingers for a long time after taking it. It was difficult to tolerate, even when taken with water. While I cannot comment on its effectiveness yet, the taste alone makes it challenging to use consistently. I hope the manufacturer considers improving the coating or formulation to make it more palatable for customers.

contains dl-tocopheryl!

I just got home with my Qunol UltraQ10 supplement after being informed of it by the Google AI platform for issues I presented. However upon getting home with I began looking at the ingredients. I usually check at the store before purchase. Qunol UltraQ10 contains dl-alpha tocopheryl. I never consume it or mixed tocopheryls . Do your research look it up.
1. Increased Prostate Cancer Risk (Oral Supplements)For decades, vitamin E was believed to prevent cancer due to its antioxidant properties. However, a major landmark clinical trial completely shifted medical consensus:The SELECT Trial: In a massive study funded by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) involving over 35,000 men, researchers tracked the effects of daily oral vitamin E supplements. The Finding: The trial had to be stopped early when researchers discovered that healthy men taking synthetic vitamin E (all-rac-alpha-tocopheryl acetate) alone had a 17% increased risk of developing prostate cancer compared to those taking a placebo. The Mechanism: Subsequent research published in Nature indicated that high doses of vitamin E can act as a "pro-oxidant" in the prostate, boosting specific enzymes that cause cellular oxidative stress and DNA damage.
3. Genetic Variations and Overall Cancer RiskA study by researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital discovered that a person's individual genetics dictate whether vitamin E supplements help or harm them. They looked at variations in the COMT gene, which influences how the body processes antioxidants:People with one genetic variation (met/met) saw a 14% decrease in total cancer rates when taking vitamin E.People with a different variation (val/val) saw a 15% increase in total cancer rates (including breast, lung, uterine, and colorectal cancers) when taking the exact same supplement

Very disappointed with Qunol

Very disappointed with Qunol. The product sounded promising, but after using it consistently for several weeks, I noticed absolutely no improvement. What made things worse was the poor customer support — responses were slow and unhelpful when I tried to ask questions about the product. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality and service. Feels overhyped and not worth the money.

Slow Shipping, Terrible Customer Service

It's been 10 DAYs after I placed my order and I still have not received any updates about shipping. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I could have sent a dozen emails and called a million times, and NOBODY ever responded. Very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered the Plus Ubiquinol + Omega-3, 200mg + 250mg and never received it but I received the free item which was turmeric gummies. Unfortunately they have ZERO customer service. The phone number will send you to a voicemail you can leave one but they’ll never return your call and the email address is an unavailable email they have. So no solution to my problem. Wouldn’t recommend them.

The website clearly states the money back gaurentee is for the website and participating retailers. They told me to go to the store. Well the pharmacy said go to Qunol. Sorry it's a circle jerk. Go to a reputable company.
