Scam casino

Scam casino, they never paid: the proof is all the reviews, everyone should start calling this casino and leaving bad reviews everywhere so no one use them.

Since 4th April my withdrawal is…

Since 4th April my withdrawal is pending (about 80 euros). It is 23 days now. In the world where everything is light fast. They told me there are many transactions for financial department to solve before mine which is utter lie.

Since my account is multiple times verified and my previous withdrawals were quick, it is a simple click to proccess the transaction. They just block the money they are not entitled to hold for reason which is beyond my comprehension.

Hasta entonces, eso era cierto (ya había realizado algún retiro antes), pero un día eso cambió. Pasaron cuatro, ocho, diez y hasta un mes y mi retiro no llegaba. Hablaba día por medio con el chat en vivo, que no es más que un bot que repite las mismas respuestas y alegan una pronta respuesta por mail que jamás llega. Me deben cerca de 200USD.
Cansado de esperar, pensé en cancelar el retiro y volver a solicitarlo, con alguna esperanza de que simplemente sea un bug. Vaya, qué sorpresa me pegué cuando descubrí que me habían bloqueado las solicitudes de retiro. Mi dinero está retenido en Rabona hace más de un mes y se niegan a darme una respuesta.

After playing sports betting on Rabona for a while, I wanted to withdraw my money. The live chat told me it usually takes four business days. Up until then, that was true (I had made a few withdrawals before), but one day that changed. Four, eight, ten, and even a month passed, and my withdrawal never arrived. I spoke with the live chat every other day, which is nothing more than a bot that repeats the same answers and claims a prompt email response that never comes. They owe me about $200 USD.

Tired of waiting, I thought about canceling the withdrawal and requesting it again, hoping it was just a mistake. Well, what a surprise I got when I discovered they had blocked my withdrawal requests. My money has been held by Rabona for over a month, and they refuse to give me an answer.

The site is a complete scam. You're going to lose your money.

Withdrawal Delayed Since 04/04/2026 – No Approval

I am having a very bad experience with this platform.
I requested a withdrawal on 04/04/2026 for 184 USDT (TRC20), and it has still not been approved.
The status has been stuck on "under verification" for a long time without any clear reason or specific timeframe. This kind of delay is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the platform’s reliability.
I contacted support, but all I received were generic responses like "we are working on your request" without any real solution or explanation.
I demand that my withdrawal be processed immediately without any further delay. If this issue continues, I will escalate the matter and share my experience across multiple platforms to warn other users.

Betting works and the odds are fine. Customer service is polite and answers quickly. Withdrawal times are abysmal though so I can't recommend them and will not continue playing on their site.

Unable to withdrawal my money -very bad expérience

My experience with Rabona continues to be very disappointing.
I requested a withdrawal of $500 via USDT (ERC20) on March 17, 2026, and it has been stuck in "verification in progress" ever since, with no actual progress.
After publishing my initial review, the support team contacted me and stated that my case is a priority and that I would receive my funds soon. Unfortunately, despite these assurances, nothing has changed so far.
It has now been a long delay with no clear timeline, no concrete action, and only repeated generic responses.
I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed.

I have been waiting for my withdrawal since 03.03 and still have not received my money. Despite multiple contacts and submitting the required documents several times, my case is constantly being delayed.

Customer support only sends generic copy-paste responses like “please wait”, without providing any specific payout date.

What is even more concerning is that after all this time, I was asked to provide a DIFFERENT bank account number than the one I originally used for deposits. This is highly suspicious and goes against basic financial security standards.

This situation clearly looks like intentional delay and avoidance of payment.

Disappointing experience with Rabona.

Very disappointing experience with Rabona.

In my personal experience, it felt almost impossible to win anything on the casino, no matter which game I played or what stake I used. I understand that gambling always involves risk, but after many attempts it simply felt pointless.

The bonuses are also extremely difficult to wager through. The most I ever managed was around 5% of the wagering requirement before the balance was gone, which made the bonus feel practically useless.

I also wanted to withdraw some of the money I had deposited, but that did not work out either.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this site based on my own experience.

Stay away from this site.

Impossible to withdrawal

I deposited and used Rabona normally, but when I tried to withdraw €400, the problems started.

I have been trying to withdraw this money for over two months, and I have attempted the withdrawal more than 20 times. Every time, it gets rejected with the same generic excuse that the “payment provider declined it”.

No specific details have ever been provided (no provider name, no technical reason). I have asked for clarification multiple times and only received vague and repetitive responses.

My account is fully verified, I have not violated any terms, and I have followed all the correct procedures. Despite this, I am unable to withdraw my own money.

This seriously damages trust. Deposits work instantly, but when you win and try to withdraw, the process becomes blocked without clear justification.

I strongly advise others to be cautious. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.

After 2 months and 20+ attempts, the issue is still not resolved.

I reported a missing $500 from my balance. For over 3 months, the casino failed to provide full game logs, despite multiple requests and deadlines.

They falsely claimed the payment provider cancelled it, which has been confirmed untrue.

Rabona constantly delaying withdrawal process

I made first withdrawal attempt from my rabona account to my netteler account. They asked me to verify the account. I sent them all the requested documents and every time I contact them in live support they told me that my case is still being processed. It's been 3 and a half months since my first withdrawal attempt and they haven't even verified my account yet. All in all, I deposit around 0.02btc into the account and now I have around 0.025btc. While the verification process is in progress, they have restricted access to my account, so now I can't even log in. I have done absolutely nothing against their rules and therefore cannot keep my funds in the account. I have e-mail correspodence with support team starting from 03.January 2026. and from that date they are delaying withdrawal and verification process.
