Extremely disappointed and frustrated…
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with RebatesMe. My account has been locked for more than a year, and I still have no proper explanation or resolution.
I have contacted RebatesMe multiple times regarding this issue, but my account remains inaccessible. What makes this even more frustrating is that I continue to receive promotional emails from RebatesMe while being denied access to my own account.
A customer account should not be locked for over a year without a clear explanation, proper communication, or a reasonable resolution. This has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience.
I am asking RebatesMe to provide a clear explanation for the account restriction and restore my account as soon as possible. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend RebatesMe to anyone.

Shady, dishonest business with shady, dishonest practices. Steals your cashback by deducting a monthly maintenance fee of $1.99 from your cashback balance until it reaches $0 if your account has been inactive for 1+ year (!).

Maintenance fees are typically deducted from earned cash back on accounts that have been inactive for a year or more. You can easily reactivate your account by making a purchase earning cash back or by clicking through RebatesMe to the merchant page, and once you do that, you can get these maintenance fees refunded! Please go to your account Overview page, and then click “one-click refund”. Please email us at service@rebatesme.com.
