I have the 12.8 320 lithium. It is awesome, a total game changer. However I bought your 40amp DC dc charger. It will not support my 450 Watt solar panel and I've been trying to return it for that reason. I've been unsuccessful in how ? The charger has not even been opened. Please advise.

I purchased a 12 v 325 ah battery and and a 20 amp charger. Battery arrived quickly but charger took approx 2 weeks. I finally got it and it was a dumfume brand not redodo and it was DOA! I emailed customer service and they said at first we dont service dumfume just redodo. After several nasty emails they moved me to another person and they finally sent a return. The exchange charger works as advertised.

But allow me to offer one suggestion: The delivery status should be FULLY visible at all times. There are several stages between “shipped” and “at your doorstep,” and it would be nice to be kept informed about them.

Replaced my 55 lb lead-acid trolling motor battery with Redodo 120Ah, it makes a lot of difference! I can run several days now without a recharge, and it actually improves top speed because the voltage does not sag under load. And all of it packed into a neat Group 24 box -- great job!

Went to the Smokie Mts this labor day…
Went to the Smokie Mts this labor day weekend and camped 5 days. This 320AH battery was unbleiveable. Running the 12v fridge and other 12v appliances was a worry free experiance. Even though i had a generator, it has to be cut off at quite time hr at 8pm. It ran the fridge, lights, and vent fan ran all knight worry free. Watched it work with bluetooth was amazing, wished i had purchased sooner. Amazing product.

My 100Ah LiFePO4 had an issue. Redodo support replied fast every time, confirmed the issue, and sent a brand new replacement within days. No runaround at all. Plenty of companies sell batteries, but not many stand behind them like this.

I had some questions about mounting
I had some questions on if the batteries could be mounted on its side as there was a difference between what was stated online vs what the paper manual said that came with the battery. I messaged support and they confirmed it can be on its side. Batteries easy to set up in the app and working as expected.

The battery charger did what I was supposed to do. BMS was recharged and started charging again to full hundred percent so your battery charger digits, Job.
