This location is perfect for the professional business. Excellent reception help and support, especially the personal support from Christa. Amazing lobby, always clean and professional and great amenities. I am extremely happy with is business location.
Been at this place for a few years. My office door was left wide open twice. Regus blames the cleaning staff, the cleaning staff said it wasn't them. Somehow that was enough for the matter to just end. My internet shut down during client meetings. I had ethernet...y'know, the thing that shouldn't fail. In a panic, my client waiting, I tried connecting to wifi. It asked me for a Regus code which can only be found with the Regus ap and the internet. Fine. I had my phone. I sign in to try and get a code, but no. The ap is down. 45 minutes later, I get the internet back. I try and set up another meeting with the client, but they've moved on. Of course they did. Nobody wants to do business with a Mickey Mouse sub-contractor who looses internet for prolonged periods and can't ensure data security because their office door is pinjata that may or may not be open at any given time.
Also, despite 0.000 new offices around me being taken, my rent has gone up by over $2,400 per year after only 2 years. I get supply and demand but there's no new demand, so why the huge rent hike?
Those are some of the big issues. There are also smaller issues like paying $40 per month for coffee but the machine is broken for 1.5 months at a time (and this happens quite a bit). There's also the cleaners that just barge in without knocking. I've been on extremely sensitive calls with people and suddenly there's a bunch of faces behind mine. Also the walls don't go all the way up to the roof. I thought that would be ok, but there's a lawer next to me who yells profanities over the phone constantly. I'm sure she's doing great work, but omfg...trying to have a client-facing meeting while someone is screaming "You're not gonna take her f*&king kids..." just dosn't make you seem professional.
Great team, excellent location across Melbourne. I love going to office every day there. My office is in Dandenong Regus
Charge your card without permission.
Never send you signed contract you pay for you never know what and refused to payback ilegal charges that they can do and anytime they want. Never recommend to use it. The worst service ever.
Regus or basepoint once they had my account details went to town. Billed my account multiple times, for subscriptions 3x what I signed up for. Upon calling customer support was told I agreed to it with no further help or understanding. Hopefully can retrieve funds through my bank, this company is happy to scam its customers. Avoid.
Staff check to see they are providing a quality service and that you as a customer are satified.

The ABSOLUTE worst company I have worked with in 5 countries over 25 years
Rating: -1,000 out of 5 Stars
Lawsuit Update: placeholder
As a site director tasked with establishing a new corporate location in Guatemala for a U.S. company, I require reliable operational partners. Instead, dealing with Regus and IWG was a masterclass in operational incompetence, deceptive sales tactics, and abysmal communication.
We brought a large team and a substantial budget to Regus, but the disconnect between their sales representatives, local operations, and billing departments was staggering. Here is exactly what you can expect if you try to rent office space with them:
Wasted Time & Unprofessionalism: They completely missed our very first scheduled office visit. I contacted the representative 15 minutes prior to our meeting, at the exact time of our meeting, and 15 minutes after, and never received a single response. This left me sitting in terrible traffic for two hours for absolutely nothing.
Deceptive Sales Tactics & Hidden Fees: I explicitly requested an "all-in" list of upfront costs to get executive approval. Instead, they fed us purposeful misinformation. They hid a mandatory "Renovation Fee" that you are forced to pay just to be eligible to get your own deposit back.
Bait-and-Switch Pricing: After spending weeks negotiating, their sales rep sent us a written quote. Within 24 hours of receiving the agreement (and right after I got executive approval), they refused to uphold their own 72-hour quote, claiming the "promotion was discontinued" and told me to just sign the old forms and "hope it goes through."
Fake Discounts & Manipulated Math: After failing to honor their original quote, they tried to pacify us by claiming they were giving us the "first month free" as an apology discount. However, once we actually did the math, we realized they had simply inflated the base rate for the remaining months. There was absolutely zero real discount—just deceptive accounting to try and trick us into signing.
The Parking Lie: They explicitly agreed to provide parking for 15 of our employees. On Day 1, they had absolutely ZERO parking available. To make matters worse, the actual building administration confirmed they would not have given Regus those spots anyway. We had to bypass Regus entirely to fix this.
Billing Incompetence & Undeserved Late Fees: We were hit with multiple incorrect invoices. Unbelievably, we were actually forced to pay late fees that accrued while we were waiting for them to correct their own billing mistakes. Furthermore, their sales rep aggressively instructed us to move $10,000 to a credit card to pay via their portal, only for the local admins to later inform us they only accept bank transfers. But we later found out that a credit card was perfectly fine... Mind blown!
Stolen Deposit & Fabricated Balances: To top it all off, they have outright refused to refund any percentage of our deposit. Their justification is a fabricated "unpaid balance." Even after I provided undeniable documented evidence proving our account was fully settled, they refused to issue the refund. We are now forced to take formal legal action to recover these funds and will be filing official denuncias with the proper Guatemalan governmental agencies.
Abysmal Customer Service: Urgent logistical communication on WhatsApp was constantly met with automated "En este momento no podemos responder" messages. When you finally get fed up and escalate to their "Executive Level" support, they slap you with an ultimatum, requiring you to respond within 24 hours or they automatically close your case.
We relied on Regus for professional infrastructure, and we were met with disorganized chaos and bad-faith business practices. Save your company the headache, time, and money. Look for a workspace provider that actually understands how to operate a B2B service.
the admins are friendly and helpful, unfortunately the official website was having technical issue while we try to perform booking. should provide alternative method

Regus has ruined my life and is driving me to suicide.
I hope my story will help others avoid a similar experience with Regus.
I'm a cosmetologist and work with laser equipment. I previously rented an office in a medical center without security, and I was attacked by a homeless person. The police advised me to find a safer place to work.
Unfortunately, I wasn't aware that opening a new office required city approval. A Regus agent convinced me that their office was suitable for my business. Taking advantage of my ignorance that the business center zone was unsuitable for my business, he persuaded me to sign a lease.
As soon as I learned that city approval was required, I immediately applied. It turned out that the business center zone was indeed unsuitable for my business. I demanded immediate termination of the lease and offered them my deposit—several thousand dollars as compensation—to break the agreement. They refused. Instead, They continued to bully me by sending me to an online virtual agent .
Their agent clearly knew about the zoning regulations and was interested in obtaining this lease. Now they're planning to rent my office back out, demanding two years' rent—effectively making a profit twice over.
I'm 57 years old, and this situation has been a complete disaster for me.
Furthermore, they recently rented the office to a young massage therapist in a similar situation; she, too, was unaware of the zoning regulations. At one point, they even rented the office to a drug addict who stole food from our shared refrigerator.
In their pursuit of profit, they ignore basic moral and ethical standards. When you sign the lease, you agree to a certain amount, but they don't inform you that an additional 12% tax and additional fees will increase the rent by $200-$300.
The heating and air conditioning don't work properly and shut off at 5:30 PM, making the office unusable. On Saturdays, they shut off as early as 2:00 PM. Despite a long-term lease, the rent continues to rise.
The ventilation system is outdated, and the offices are dusty. Payments are taken on the 15th of each month, even though the contract states that payment is due on the last day of the month.
After signing the lease, they lose interest and treat me with disdain.
At my age, this is incredibly difficult to tolerate. I urge anyone who has suffered at the hands of this company to speak out. Let's contact our local MP and ask them to investigate this issue
The sales person who signed my lease in the spring of 2024 was super hyper which made me somewhat suspicious. However, I went with my gut because the space semed right for me and signed up for a shared office for myself and one other person.
From the moment I arrived, the temporary staff at the front complained non-stop about how unprofessional the office was being managed. I worked with them on various issues to keep things running smoothly. However, as time went on, it just got worse.
There is no onsite oversight at the Santa Barbara location, so it's roll as you will, including the staff.
I shared an office with one other person who was hardly ever there. And, I didn't ever leave any valuable equipment or items out. However, about 7 months into my lease, one day, they decided to turn our 2 person office into a 4 person office without any notification to enter the premises which is a breach to the terms per Access to the Accommodation. Reconfiguring the space is referred to a Material Breach of the Agreement meaning the physical aspect has changed without any agreement.
Their rigid excuse was that this is a "Registration Desk" office, whatever that means, and that they're following "corporate office orders."
Needless to say, I exited immediately as this was not what I signed up for and they effectively breached the contract.
***Word to the Wise...!!!*** They have an arbitration clause in the lease, so you have to go through the American Arbitration Association. This is a complete dead-end and they will try to either charge you big time to file, or even if they waive it, they'll side with the corporation and ask you to pay for their lawyer.
It became a huge time chewer and a lot of jacking around with people who are freestyling through the process.
***If you're looking for a co-tenant office space, do not go here, it's subject to change at any time and you may find the space you rented isn't the space you get.***

We had a very disappointing experience with Regus in Pune, specifically at Solitaire Business Hub (Viman Nagar), and in our interactions with the broader Pune team headed by Siyona Gaikwad.
On 6th April 2026, we were informed that the air conditioning at the center was not working. While such issues can arise, what followed was a lack of clarity, accountability, and structured communication.
We were asked to temporarily move to alternate centers. However, the first alternative (Kalyani Nagar) was itself not usable. Subsequently, options like Kharadi and Mundwa were suggested, which are not reasonably equivalent in terms of location for us, as we had chosen Viman Nagar specifically due to its proximity to our clients.
The core issue throughout has been the **ambiguity in communication from the Regus Pune team**. Despite repeated follow-ups, we were only told “we will keep you updated,” with no tentative timeline for resolution. Temporary arrangements were suggested without any defined duration, effectively expecting us to operate indefinitely from a different location.
A temporary solution without a timeline is not a solution—it shifts operational uncertainty onto the customer.
Overall, the experience reflects:
* Lack of clear timelines
* Non-committal and ambiguous responses
* Inadequate and non-equivalent alternative arrangements
* Poor handling of a basic infrastructure issue
For a global workspace provider, we expected far more transparency and accountability.
We would strongly advise others to ensure **clear written commitments on service continuity, escalation ownership, and fallback arrangements** before signing up.
The friendly support by local office staff that try to make the stay in the Regus office as comfortable as possible, makes a difference.

I really like the office and the staff are always friendly, but I wanted to mention that the curtains in my office are broken.

Hidden Fees
They told me I should pay kitchen access as an extra while we've been using their services for years, nowhere have they mentionned that
