The community is conveniently place to many stores, parks, and the highway to downtown. I had a great time here and the staff is extremely helpful with everything.
Liz is always on top of things and will make sure everything is taken care of.

I lived at the Brush Creek Apartments for almost 6 years. I have to say I lived so comfortably and happy there. Liz made it a more enjoyable place to live. She was always very atentive and responded to our needs as soon as possible. The few times we made maintenance requests Jorge and I apologize for not knowing the other gentlemans name but they both were always very kind and caring to our maintenance needs and the work that needed to be done. Very respectful every time they entered our unit for repairs and very prompt. If I didn't have the urgency to move i would still be there. I highly recommend the apartments and I will gladly move back if I could. Thank you Liz for a great experience.

My son and I loved living in our townhome on Brush Creek. It was so beautiful inside. Liz is a wonderful and supportive property manager. The maintenance crew are fast and responsive. I highly recommend the Brush Creek Townhomes.

I have been renting from Brush Creek Town Homes for about a year and half now and I can honestly say it's been the best renting experience I've had. As far as property management goes Lizzete is the best. She is so helpful with every issue you could have. Day or night she is there to help with any issues or needs you have. She makes sure you live comfortably and happy while under her watch. The community is great, neighbors are so delightful and friendly. I had an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Lizzete and her team for making my experience amazing and one to remember.

I love where I live. It's a family friendly environment. Management and maintenance is a superb team. They are are very professional, friendly and get the job done all the time.

Lizette is the best property manager that I’ve worked with in my 5 years of renting. She provides clear and quick communication, and overall has a welcoming presence. We really appreciate her help at our apartment complex and couldn’t ask for anyone better!

Our experience was great. Liz, the on-site manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. She got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

Very bad on repair needs for the apartments
