Software engineer with over 8 years of…

Software engineer with over 8 years of experience. I joined Right Programmers last year to work on a few part-time projects. It turned out to be a really positive and refreshing experience.

The projects were well organized, communication was smooth, and everything was clear from the start. Igor is a really cool guy to work with, easy to communicate with, supportive, and straightforward.

Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend Right Programmers

I joined Right Programmers through…

I joined Right Programmers through their internship program and got the chance to work on a real project with real outcomes, not just toy tasks. The “learn by doing” approach gave me hands-on experience in data analytics, KPI building, and creating a data layer that directly supported client needs.

What stood out for me was the mix of mentorship and real responsibility I wasn’t just coding, I was learning to think about workflows, architecture, and communication with the client. It felt like a real job and helped me build confidence quickly.

This experience made me feel much more prepared for AI and data science roles, and I really appreciate the support in connecting me with follow-up opportunities. For anyone facing the “no commercial experience” barrier, this was a great first step into professional projects.

AI Engineer

If you're an ambitious person wanting to enter the software development world, Rightprogrammers is a great place to start. I had the opportunity to join their program a few months ago, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Here are some of the key things I gained from the experience:

-Real-world experience. When you're just starting in IT, nothing is more important. After this initial experience, I immediately started receiving significantly more job offers.

-Professional collaboration. Working alongside experienced developers helped me improve not only my technical skills but also my soft skills, like effective communication. It also provided insight into the actual working methodologies used in real-world projects.

-Accelerated learning. I've never learned so fast. Having more experienced colleagues who act as mentors and working on tasks that consistently challenge you is a powerful combination that has significantly accelerated my career.

If you're struggling to get your first job or want to boost your career, I highly recommend checking them out.
