Riley watches are beautiful, but customer service seems to struggle. My latest order came with the wrong band. I contacted them after opening on 9/1 and was told a new band would be shipped that day. On 9/17 I inquired about tracking on the new band and received an email back, but no tracking. I’ve tried to contact the company again since then, but have gotten zero response. The watches are great if you can get the correct order. Seems like you are out of luck though if you don’t.

Loved their watches since I first heard of them. Bought the Amelia in canary yellow with what looked like black hands on their website. When it arrived in early September, it had silver hands which are impossible to read in the Florida sunshine. Corresponded with them and they agreed to take it back and replace it with another. That was three weeks ago. They have not responded to numerous emails since and frankly I am disappointed. I can’t use the watch and am out over $200 US. Do better Riley Watch Company.

Faster delivery than I anticipated. Love the packaging, as well. And the watch itself is now a favorite of mine. It’s lovely.

I got this watch for someone who is a watch enthusiast. At 250$ it was overpriced for a quartz watch but, one, they said it’s handmade and second their website clearly said once this design sold out they wouldn’t make more of these. I got the last piece as per the information on their website then. But I am so disappointed, the gmt hand does not glow! It was so embarrassing when the receiver called me back to ask why I told them the watch was lumed when it wasn’t! Second the watch is now being sold for 180$ and it says last 8 pieces left so they clearly are making more of these, it was not a limited run. Extremely disappointing and no replies to multiple messages on Instagram.

I love my new watch. The communication was great. The watch came on time and it is a beautiful piece of machinery.

The design of the watch is beautiful & you can tell the quality is amazing. Shipping was simple & took an appropriate amount of time with updates along the way. I was nervous it would show up damaged after travelling from the UK to the US but the watch was packaged tightly to avoid any breaking or scratching. I’ll definitely be ordering from this company again!

I really liked the Amelia Earhart watch when I saw it. Placing the order was easy, and the delivery was quick with details of the status at every step. The watch looks great and appears to be quality made. Very satisfied with my purchase.

im very disapointed, am i the only one?. my watch never arrived it just seemed to be posted and i waited weeks
i was then told the model was no longer available as it had sold out so they couldnt send a replacement for the one that never arrived... Hi Samuel
i never recieved the watch i bought from you and paid for on 8th july.
a month ago you promised to send a replacement watch.(amelia) nothing happened, you said supply issues despite the watch being constantly advertised for sale all over the internet.
i am fed up waiting and lost trust with you.
i want to cancel my order and get a full refund. i dont want to buy your watches ever again. i need to get the refund immediately or i will contact my credit card company to make a complaint. and i may do that anyway regardless.
stop playing me and make the refund now.

The quality and details of the Riley Heritage watch are phenomenal. I love the design of the dial and all the different layers in it. This may seem inconsequential but the thing that struck me the most was that when I received the watch it was set to the time for my time zone. It’s small personal touches like this that show how much they care about their business and customers.

Pretty cool watch. I love it and I haven't worn a watch in almost 20 years. It shipped quickly and showed up on my doorstep as promised

Watch was absolutely stunning! Be advised before ordering- it comes from Europe so coming to the US might take a bit.
But high quality, unique and gorgeous watch. My husband absolutely loves it!!

I ordered the watch almost two months ago. My credit card was charged on August 4th. I still haven’t received it.
