Bought a set of dumbbells and a bench: firstly the equipment itself is excellent, fantastic quality and good value for money. However what I was even more impressed with was the customer service as there was a slight issue as a few of the dumbbells were missing. I e-mailed just once, received a very swift reply. apologising and confirming they would sort. A few days later the missing items arrived. No argument, no “can you prove that”: they went away, presumably checked their records and sorted it. I am so pleased I chose this company to purchase from, I will be recommending to anyone who listens

I kitted out my PT studio in York with Rival Strength Gear. I was not sure which rack I wanted but Sam sent me videos to show the folding racks positioning so I knew what I needed. The service was exceptional, with someone always willing to help. Really quick response times and top class knowledge. The equipment is really high quality. The racks and weights are genuinely beautiful. I went with the coloured Olympic weights and my clients love the brghtness of them. Everything is top quality. The delivery was prompt and I've added bits and pieces here and there. I odered another bench and some rack plate holders and again Sam was right there to support when I forgot an item. Top service, top quality equipment and promt delivery. Thank you so much. My Studio looks amazing

Rival has been fantastic, the advice, the purchase, the delivery and obviously the equipment… all excellent. Even when I messed up and didn’t order quite enough flooring, Sam was able to find me some and get it to me fast.
Any questions are answered immediately, all round a great company to work with, I couldn’t be more impressed.

Left it a while to leave a review to see if they come good on anything they say unfortunately not, first off the flooring does not interlock and has gaps around the edges where the tiles are different sizes they will respond with the fact it's within the tolerances but that doesn't help the fact it's not within reasonable expectations it moves and looks terrible. I looked around for a name I thought I could trust unfortunately that's not what I found they do not design there own equipment and the rack I ordered expecting to be there company was actually an onfit rack barring the onfit branding on the machine the instructions and packing, they said this was a mistake and they work with that company but it's exactly the same so make sure you look up the company and are happy before you order expecting any kind of innovation or quality due to the name, the rack is low quality wheels are not smooth in operating feels very much like a budget home system than gym quality, was promised some upgraded wheels to make up for the issues above once they were in-stock which hasn't happened either.

Rival strebght power rack attachment series s are fantastic!

Every item I ordered is top quality and couldn't ask for more. This time I bought the smith attachment for the S3 Rack which feels so heavy duty and extremely smooth that it feels much more expensive

After months of frustration and disappointment with a previous company, including never receiving my order, I decided to give Rival Strength a try.

After reading their fantastic reviews on Trustpilot, along with the excellent reviews on their own website, I felt confident placing an order for their Dual Leg Extension and Seated Leg Curl machine.

I placed my order on Wednesday, and I was genuinely impressed when it arrived so quickly. The machine was delivered safely, was very well packaged, and was surprisingly easy to assemble.

I’m extremely pleased with both the quality of the machine and the level of customer service from Rival Strength. The build quality is excellent, and the whole experience from ordering through to delivery was professional and hassle-free.

After my previous experience, it was refreshing to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises.

I would highly recommend Rival Strength to anyone looking for high-quality gym equipment and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed!

Unfortunately the attachment is completely ineffective for my goals. It is very poor at the bottom stretched position and only becomes truly resistant far to late in the movement.

So this was excellent from start to finish. The team were so helpful in answering any questions beforehand. Purchased the freestanding cable machine 105kg. Love the machine it’s really really helped with workouts etc and hitting different goals providing variety targeting different areas. I’m so so happy overall with the product. Assembly was relatively straightforward, but they had arranged everything to make it super simple.

Prompt delivery and rearranged a delivery date with no hassle

5 in 1 Leg Extension/Curl machine review. Fast delivery and product does what it's supposed to do. However, build quality leaves a bit to be desired - rough welds, screw tolerances, etc. and couldn't help but compare it with another UK-based home gym equipment manufacturer, where I purchase my usual kit.
Plastic inserts for sliding parts gets pushed out and falls off. Accompanying instruction page not very useful and difficult to understand.
Lastly, there were several left over items after assembly. I don't mind the odd nut and bolt but I have a spare arm for the weight plate (go figure).

Bought the 20mm premium blue fleck floor tiles and absolutely love the way it makes my home gym look and feel! One of the edge trim pieces was a bit off in its colouring, but sent them an email and they sent me out a replacement piece. Couldn’t be happier with the product and great service.
