I can see your order was dispatched from our UK warehouse on 12th delivery was attempted on 21st August to your address in Australia. The courier was unable to leave your order due to no safe place being selected so it was returned to the depot. I can see from the tracking that your order was delivered to you on 28th August after you contacted them to update on your safe place.

My orders are always delivered in a very timely manner. I just wish there weren't a delivery charge. As for the product itself, I don't know if it's working or not. I just know that if there's even a miniscule chance that it's helping stave off dementia, I'm taking it.
