We had a really great experience with the estate agent throughout the whole process. They were incredibly helpful and supportive from the very beginning, especially with arranging house viewings and helping us understand and figure things out along the way.

They were always approachable, responsive and happy to help whenever we had questions. They also went above and beyond by helping us chase up the seller’s solicitor, which made a stressful process much easier for us. I never felt rushed or pressured when viewing houses, which I felt with other estate agents.

We really appreciated all their hard work, communication and support. They made the whole experience much smoother and we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for all your help

Don't list your property for sale with this company if you want potential buyers to be able to view it. I've tried repeatedly by email, phone message, website forms and rightmove messages to arrange a viewing of 2 properties but no one ever responds. I see someone else reviewing had a similar experience, so if I were a seller I would just not list with them as if buyers can't view then they don't offer. Why this is, I have no idea - but as a seller I'd certainly query why they don't respond to genuine buyer enquiries, particularly from those who are ready to offer.

In 25 years of buying and selling property I've never found an agency who appears to simply ignore my enquiry. I was ready to buy, yet they have ignored my enquiries.

Awful service for an agency.

As a note to the agency, before they attempt to say it was a technology glitch: I attempted contact via multiple methods over 7 days. 1) 4 Rightmove Enquiries 2) Website Form 3) Phone Message 4) Email to the Sales Director/Head of Sales.

UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE:
The defensive nature of the response tells you everything you need to know about this company. By responding in such a defensive way its clear they did not reply as timely as they should. No email was ever received (I doubt it was sent) but even if they did sent a belated email (which I doubt) what about the phone call, the website form, the email, the phone message? I only got a phone call AFTER i posted this review.

When a company is wrong, admit it, apologise and move on. Don't post a defensive response saying you did all you could - if a phone call over a week after an initial enquiry is "good service" by an agency, then - well - it says it all.

Ask Chris and Isobel. I'd be astonished if they've genuinely forgotten – unless, of course, problems like mine happen so often that individual cases just blur together. That alone tells potential clients everything they need to know about how this company operates.I don't appreciate being lied to. Don't tell me this never happened as some kind of business tactic to brush me aside and attract more victims. I have call logs, emails, and a 6‑hour drive back from London to prove it. Stop pretending."

Absolute nightmare from start to finish. I made the mistake of hiring this agency to sell our house because we had previously bought the property through them (and they helped us win with the highest bid at the time). I assumed they would do the same for us as sellers. Unfortunately, they screwed up very badly.

First, we found out our own house was already listed on the market before they even told us. No heads-up, no communication.

Then came the day of viewings. Out of nowhere, Isobel called to say that most of their staff were away on holiday, so they couldn’t do the viewings – and we, as the sellers, had to step in and handle them ourselves. Keep in mind, Chris had personally assured us that the agency would handle all viewings. We were in London that day and had to cancel important meetings, then drive 6 hours back through heavy traffic. And after all that, many viewings ended up being cancelled anyway. We lost all momentum in the sales process.

Worst of all? They never apologized. The only response from them was to blame the market.

After three months, I decided to terminate our contract – even though I still had to pay the photography fee. Speaking of the photographer: he was utterly unprofessional. He refused to take off his shoes after being asked repeatedly. I had to insist three times before he finally did, and even then, no apology. The photos he took were terrible, the editing was shockingly poor, and we had to redo them at least three times.

I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone – whether you're selling or renting. Being in the real estate industry for a long time does not mean they are good or experienced. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

o disappointed in this company! Not following legal guidelines, a lady is selling her house through this company and this lady is buying my mums through this same company! My mums sale is taking months due to the purposeful delays of the sale of her house so delaying ours! This is costing us more money I want to remove mums house to another estate agent! Now told we can’t speak to the estate agent! Yet again another illegal move I will be taking further action I want mums house back

The delay is down to you being biased as you are also selling the ladies house!
You do not care that it is being delayed as you have already sold her house so you do not want us to get involved and sell mums house through another estate agent. This is fact it’s been 14 weeks already and no where near done
