The worst service and product!!

The worst service and product!!! Stay away unless you want to throw away your money!!! we bought 2 their Smart Toilet INSIGNIA FS in Cyprus, such a disaster, one of them came broken, didn’t close the lid properly, didn’t flush with the hygienic liquid, the second one is constantly glitching, closing the lid while people are sitting on it. The technician came 4 times trying to fix the toilets, which took almost 4 month for them to figure out what was the problem. During their visits they were constantly opening and closing the whole mechanism and eventually the seat broke because of all that messing with it. The best of all now the toilet is not working because the seat mechanism is broken so Roca is not accepting it as a warranty and I need to pay for the part, shipping and labor to fix brand new toilet. it’s a joke !!!! the worst experience every and product

Roca Inspira toilet nightmare Australia

In Australia. Roca service is pathetic. Plumber had to keep calling Sydney because no expertise available in Adelaide South Australia and solutions then failed. Manufacturing issue ( Plumbers view) has left us without a functioning bidet toilet after a huge outlay, just out of warranty and major cost to replace. No response to letter of complaint. Will be going with new Oz company next time. Tudaloo.

Dreadful service from ROCA

Dreadful service from ROCA, bought this expensive in ROCA in wash wall hung toilet, at the cost of €1400 for my daughter less than 8 months ago. Bought from Sumigroup , they assured the warranty was EU wide. This was primarily bought for an adult with serious health issues, and floods the floor. Had to disconnect and now functioning as normal toilet. This may be a minor issue or not. Several emails to Sumi group, eventually replied requesting that the unit be removed and sent back for inspection. This is firmly fixed to wall, removing it would damage tiles, and possibly would damage the toilet bowl. Totally impractical solution, why they cannot get a technician from ROCA Ireland to assess the problem. Also getting a plumber and electrician would invalidate the warranty such as it is. Big regrets, money down the pan.

Roca Debba Round…wrong measurement

I purchased a complete Roca Debba Round Rimless close coupled open back toilet. The Pan A34299P000 technical drawing gave a dimension floor to waste outlet center of 180mm the actual measurement on my pan was only 170mm. This measurement can be critical when aligning with your soil pipe as with mine the soil pipe is set in the wall at about 180mm, pushing poo uphill does not work! A replacement was sent after talking directly to Roca and had exactly the same fault only this time they sent me an e-mail saying a tolerance of 10mm is exceptable? If I am to fit the toilet it will have to sit on a plinth or resite the soil pipe.
On a positive note the toilet seems to be good quality, compact and lightweight but with a full sized seat.

Non standard toilet seats and no dimensions of fitting on web site

New house - no idea which Roca toilet I have but the fitting kit of all toilets is too short... What is annoying the dimensions for the holes to secure the toilet seat is not on the specs, neither is dimension of the fitting screws on the toilet seats...
Result I bought a Roca The Gap Square Soft Close Toilet Seat that fits the toilet dimention but cannot fit it to the toilet... And after 1 hour looking at various product I am only guessing I have a `342997. .0` and I needed `A801990004` which have 0 information on the fitting

Disappointed

I bought a full shower room of Roca sanitary wear from Boonthawan in Pattaya Thailand. To start with the packaging looked tatty is if it has been kicking round a warehouse for years. Anyway the product inside was ok so I let that slide. Our plumber fitted it and all seemed well until we noticed the soft close hinge covers on the toilet going rusty after 2 weeks. We contacted the agent who sold us the suite who reported to Roca Thailand. Anyway to cut a long story short they accused us of using bleach on the toilet!!! I mean come on who uses bleach on their toilet? Yes everyone.
We have a cotto suite in the En Suite 8-9 years old which has been bleached for its entire life and has not gone rusty. After investigation I found out that there are different grades of stainless steel and Roca obviously use poor quality stainless on their accessories. So a new shower suite now looks like an old shower suite down to poor quality materials used and they won't replace a $2 part when we spent $1000 plus with them.

Unhelpful customer service and poor quality product

I own a Roca vanity cabinet installed by my builder. Due to poor quality manufacturing the cabinet door is delaminating and the chipboard has blown. This Roca product is cheap Spanish tat.

I received a very unhelpful reply from Roca customer care who fob me off with the excuse that the defective product was out of warranty.

ROCA IN-WASH INSPIRA:

ROCA IN-WASH INSPIRA:
I have bought 2 of these toilets in the last year, which the whole family was very excited about after a visit to JAPAN where there were these types of toilets almost everywhere.

Unfortunately, there have now been 3 problems with the electronics in the toilet seats - and it has been necessary to have a repairman from ROCA (LAUFEN DENMARK) replace the toilet seats with electronics. Every time a toilet seat is replaced, I get an extended warranty for another 2 years - but it is not satisfactory in the long run to constantly find that the toilet does not work for 2-4 weeks and it would also be best for the manufacturer of the toilet seats with the electronics to find the errors and have them fixed.

I have another house in Sweden where I also need to have 2 toilets replaced and am now in doubt whether I dare buy a toilet from ROCA.

I hope to hear from ROCA if they will soon solve the problem with the electronics in the toilet seats - as we are otherwise very satisfied with this type of toilet - when they work.

Kind regards

Allan Kieler Kofod

Roca Debba toilet seats

Very poor quality! We have had 4 Roca Debba toilet seats in 3 years and all cracked in the same place. The replacements are approx £100 and definitely not worth it. You can get them cheaper by shopping around if you really need one but I just replaced one with a B&Q Teesta £42 but needed to use longer bolts

very poor reception of telephone calls from Roca Maroc on 00212523405941, who refuse to inform me about the recommended public price on the item which is clearly displayed on the site, but which the reseller confirmed to me that it is a very old price not updated. It is shameful to treat customers in this unprofessional manner.

Poor quality product

We have four Roca Debba toilets. The seat on two of the toilets has cracked. It's clearly a design fault because the rear rubber pads do not rest on the toilet pan itself so as soon as any weight is put on it, the seat begins to stress and eventually cracks. Both seats have cracked between the hinge and the rear rubber pad. It's only a matter of time before the other two seats crack. I'm loathed to buy Roca replacement seats because I expect they will crack, unless the design of the seat has been improved.
