Don’t order from them. I ordered next day special delivery and they didn’t bother to ship it because one of the TEN items was out of stock, even though it was listed on the site. Then they “attempted to deliver” even though I have a 24 hour concierge they said no one was home. They didn’t redeliver until after I had left for my holiday, and now the returns period won’t allow me to return by the time I get back. Awful customer service, don’t bother you can find much nicer elsewhere. It also makes no sense to hold up an entire order because one item is out of stock. Especially when they have paid for express delivery. Just auto refund the item, or make sure your website is up to date to stop this from happening

As someone used to the usual delays in responses to these kinds of queries, I was really impressed with the speed of response.

I've visited one of their London stores at Brick Lane, and while I didn't buy anything at the time - they seemed like a decent enough secondhand/thrift clothing business.
So I assumed that they were reputable online too. This turned out to not be the case.
Fast forward to recently, I ordered an overshirt, it arrived 3-4 inches larger in the chest than advertised, so a pretty significant error on their part. I reached out and they said they'd only do a refund upon return or a rather paltry 10% partial refund if I were to keep the garment. I sent a follow up email to discuss the returns process terms and them arranging a prepaid return postage label and have heard nothing back, they seem to be ignoring me. They don't seem bothered.
I am apprehensive that if I send it back via post they won't reimburse me the return postage cost. Really disappointing.
I'd suggest avoiding this business if possible, they apparently don't know how to correctly measure and list their garments and if you politely raise this they don't seem fussed about owning up to it in any meaningful way. If anything they unfortunately had a hostile and subtly accusatory tone in their correspondence, as if I was in the wrong and had misrepresented the garment measurements to them despite a clear photo showing the actual chest measurement.
I'd also add the garment arrived unwashed and smelled musty. You'd think they'd wash it first out of courtesy.
Update: After managing to get through to them, their "resolution" was a 20% partial refund, which is still less than the cost of an alteration.
I bought a trench coat that looked completely different in person and they didn't refund the return fees because it was the actual item advertised. The trench coat in photo looked beige but was actually sage. I also had a few stains not shown in the picture. Never using them again
First time ordering shose from them. I really wish they would tell what the shoes original size is, instead of they're own size based on their measurements. The shoes did fit though.
I also ordered some pants, I've ordered pants from them before, which was a 28-28 and those fit me sort of baggy, however the pants I've ordered now, which are also 28-28, don't fit me very well. I'm not sure why there is an inconsistency when it comes to the measurements, they should fit the same given the measurements.

Items were marked, in ways that were not described on the item pages. I told Rokit. They just kept lying to me :/ couldn't get pass their robotic customer service wall. I thought their higher than avg prices were because you didn't get treated like this.
Disappointing. I really enjoyed their in-store support, but ordering online is a nightmare. I think it might be a scam. The clothes really don’t match what is described on the website. They also have a nonexistent customer service.
Returned an order within the 30-day window. Paid for first class delivery and everything (myself!). Have not received a single acknowledgment, nor any response to my follow-up emails.

If I can give no star I would. The item had stains and appeared old and tacky. I send back the item however they are refusing to refund me the full amount. Staff is very rude and manager is disrespectful.Do not use this store, you will regret. Poor service and quality.

I found this hard to believe that a Patagonia shirt could grow two sizes! Anyway after a couple of emails i also got my postage costs as well as item cost refunded.
Gotta say that the customer service emails were really quick and polite today and they even added a 10% code for use off my next order...So 10/10 to Rokit for that.
If you want to buy from Rokit I would suggest giving them a call to check if the size they are advertising is the original size or maybe Rokit could add that to the item details online.
Will never buy from Rokit again. Staff rude, lazy and unwilling to listen to customer complaint. Item received was wrong size and dirty, with many marks. Even though used, I did not expect the item to be in such bad condition.
