You can't beat the product selection and quality of reproduction, but the logistics team at the company should all be fired. I ordered a dining table that was "in stock" per the web site and was only notified it was back ordered the day it was supposed to arrive. 2 months later I'm still having issues getting a straight answer as to what happened. Once the table was finally ready to be shipped from Rove's warehouse, the freight company went to pick it up and Rove couldn't find the table to hand off to them. Guess what, it was delayed once again. I suppose if you have all the time and patience in the world this is not an issue. For me it was extremely frustrating. Even after all this there was no offer to refund shipping or reduce the shipping cost by even a cent. Pretty poor customer service on this order.
