I really don't see why other people are giving them 3 stars before even receiving the pieces. My experience with Rove Concepts has been a good one, from the very start they were clear to me how long my chair would take to produce which was 10-14 weeks. This sounded fair since my custom made sofa here in Toronto took 3 months to make.

My Eames lounge chair came on the 12th week and I was notified every step of the way. The only hiccup with the whole shipping experience is they do not offer white glove to Canadians, this means you will have to unpack and dispose of the big box yourself. It wasn't too big of a deal for me as I live in a condo so I just flattened everything and tossed it into the large bin.

Upon first look at the chair and my first sit down, you could quickly tell this chair was crafted with care and exudes quality. From feeling the buttery leather as I sat down to the chair springing back as my body sank into it. This was exactly what I was looking for in a reproduction.

The box came with a couple care cards and white glove as well which was nice and shows you how to clean the leather.

Judging from some of the other reviews, they seem to have a couple hiccups here and there with their shipping company but that may also be because they seem to be a company growing quite fast!
