It looks like Rove carries the product I want but they no longer allow me to pick up my item at the local warehouse, do not provide an assembly service nor will they deliver the item up my stairs. I am a woman in my 70's with no family near by so this is going to pose a real problem for me and significantly increases the cost of my purchase. I only hope the quality of the product warrants the expense.
The chat service is excellent - they are polite, prompt and informative.

Hi Jean, we are in the middle of setting up a permanent warehouse here in Vancouver BC to better serve our Canadian clients. We hope to have this fully implemented by end of January and will feature full white glove and warehouse pick up.. Please let us know if you need recommendations on local movers that could help you with the assembly.
