Customer Service
I have not yet received my furniture, so I'm rating the customer service only. The web site checkout caused me some problems, so I did the live chat option. The person with whom I was chatting gave me a number to call at my convenience to continue my purchase. When I called, the delightful woman on the other end was already informed about the situation and was expecting my call. The woman who took my order was extremely patient and helpful, aven giving me a coupon code. When I asked about ordering another piece of furniture that had to be custom made, she advised me to wait, as the lead time actually decreased in the coming weeks. This was the first time I had a sales rep actually dissuade me from making an immediate purchase. Refreshing!
