So, after much contemplation and begin quite concerned about previous online reviews/criticism of Rove Concepts and their customer service, I decided to take the plunge and ordered the lounge chair/ottoman. I was reassured by customer service that they had replaced a troublesome freight vendor, which caused many of the complaints re: damaged items. My experience could not have been any better. I was lucky to have ordered my standard items when Rove was getting them in so my total wait from order to delivery was 4 weeks! Also, everything was delivered in impeccable condition and Non Stop Delivery, the local delivery vendor, did and excellent job. Thank you.
