A button popped off of my Eames chair. I called them and issued me a credit for the repair locally. I don't know how it happened, but it did. The repair man that came out was from a firm that sells Herman Miller Eames chairs and he did not know it wasn't a HM until I told him. He said the quality of the leather was superb,

I had no problem with Rove in getting the repaid done.
