Shipping charges

I made a purchase 5/26 in the morning and on 5/27 almost exactly 24hrs later I called to place another order for a different item. I was informed emphatically by the rep that the orders could not be put together and that I would incur an additional shipping charge. So I ended up paying $347 in shipping charges. I love your site(today was the third time ordering from you in the past two weeks)and products and will certainly attempt to make my orders at one time in future but I do think there should be some leeway given, even 12 hours to add items.

Thank you for taking the time in leaving your feedback! To ensure we meet our delivery times we always try to process and ship orders as soon as we receive them. I believe when you called, Tara and our logistics manager contacted the warehouse to see if your order from the day before has left. It would of been no problems combining the 2 together to save you some shipping if the order has not left.

Unfortunately they were informed that the order has already left the terminal so we were unable to combine the 2 orders. We are thrilled that you love shopping on our site, I will speak with our management to see if it makes sense for us to hold new orders for 24 hours before dispatching. Of course the downside to this would be the delay in delivery as well. Either way your feedback won't go unnoticed.
