great service once I finally got a hold of a rep...which i had to go into the office to do.

I had to call daily and numerous times and I still never reached an actual person. After finally giving in and leaving a vc message on the general "sales team" inbox, I had a someone call me back 2 days later, however, because it showed up as a USA 1800 number on my cell I figured it was a marketing call so I ignored it. I then had no success (again) when I immediately tried to call the rep back and was once again sent thru the rigamarole of pushing numbers only to have to leave yet another vc message. I finally had to go to the office to place my order in person for my clients. Very frustrating and time consuming. Please fix this.

We really appreciate your feedback on our service, we are already looking into why your calls specifically are not coming through to us. As you can see from the many reviews here, the majority of them are on how prompt and informative our customer service is. Next time you are in our store perhaps we can do a live test.

I was also told you were given a direct number to call as well since you are local, it may be a technical issue with our 1800 phone system. We are sorry for the inconvenience that it has caused you but rest assured we will fix it.
