Upon logging in, I immediately received a message from a customer service representative inquiring 1) which product I was interested in and 2) If I had any questions regarding the product. I was given a link to the product and then received immediate responses to my inquiry regarding dimensions of the product. Assuming the rest of this process is as seemless as the "ordering process", then I'm a customer for life!
