I have been very pleased with the entire process through rove concepts. I ordered 6 dinning chairs and a lounge chair and communication was clear and consistent throughout the delivery process.

While furnishing my house, I simultaneously ordered 2 occasional chairs from Zuffa Home... I have yet to receive my order and communications have been based only on my inquiry. (Expected delivery was 30 days ago).
