Had an unsual situation where a womb chair was delivered with some unsual staining and very late; the regular Customer Service representative did not believe my claim about the staining; had to submit many pictures; had two weeks of difficult correspondence and telephone calls; was finally resolved very satisfactorily. Would recommend working directly with Melanie. Chair was the color as sold and it is comfortable.
