My relationship with Rove often feels like a tumultuous love affair. It has many ups and many downs. They can be so friendly and helpful that you wonder why other furniture stores aren't the same way. Other times they ignore you like a spurned lover. Maybe they are introverts and prefer on-line communication to speaking to a real person in store? Hard to say. On the plus side, their products are fantastic. Nothing I have purchased from them has disappointed me. Further, they do make an honest attempt to fix any issues that come up. To that end, I'm not ready to break up with Rove quite yet.
