I called the sales office to place my order and the service was great. Very friendly and the staff answered all my questions. I've also been to the Vancouver showroom and I loved being able to sit on and test out various chairs. The chairs are scattered but I love that, definitely less "confined" this way. No pushy sales, we were able to take our time and check everything out. Both times we made purchases we didn't get our receipt but once we contacted them, they immediately sent it to us.
