I purchased two Eames molded plywood chairs and two DSW chairs. Both chairs were on sale at an amazing price that couldn't be beat anywhere else. I contacted the store by email a few times asking about a pickup option (which they don't have online) and applying coupon codes. The responses were quite prompt and very professional. I am very impressed with the level of customer service at the store and online.
The only complaint I have is that the chairs were all given a further discount 4 days after I paid for them (but did not receive the chairs yet) but the store wouldn't apply the discount to my purchase.
