I had great service at Rove, until the chairs I got were marked down further by an additional 20%. The mark down was less that two weeks past the purchase. When this happens, you'd expect a price adjustment or credit to put towards a future piece but disappointly I was told nothing could be done. Perhaps my next piece of furniture will be elsewhere...
