The service I received at the store and by phone was great, very helpful sales people! One young woman went so far as to bring a counter stool I was interested in to the showroom! The sale price of the item was a plus, not to mention the discount for signing up for the newsletter! My only complaint is that delivery is costly and although items come from a warehouse in Delta, it is very difficult for one without a vehicle to escape this fee. It was mentioned that in the future there will be a warehouse in Vancouver, which will likely cut down the delivery fee, but, that was of no help to me now!
