I have had a great experience with Rove Concepts. I went into the vancouver show room and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They offered me some of their opinions to help me in deciding on color and material choices. I placed my order over the phone and the operator / sales woman was very quick, friendly and efficient. I bought my item on sale which made me very happy. I love that I have an option to pick up and don't have to have the item shipped, because I have had bad experiences with shipping from other companies.
